I have a Now TV box which I use for the odd live football game and for BBC iPlayer. The football is fine - PQ not as good as Sky HD, but a lot cheaper. My problem is with BBC iPlayer. I can only ever watch one programme! What I mean by this is, I can open iPlayer, watch a programme with no problems. However, if I then attempt to watch a second programme, or even if I just go back to the menu, the box freezes! This happens every single time, and it happens whether I watch a programme to the end or if I stop it earlier.

I can clear the freeze by holding down the Home button, but it's a bit of a pain having to do it every time I want to watch a second programme.

Any ideas? Tried unplugging/resetting, nothing makes any difference...

I had issues with my old nowtv box (ultimately iplayer outs to much strain on the hardware) i found watching a standard definition version helped &'don't be tempted to rewind or Fast forward anything

The only real long term solution is upgrade to the new nowtv box(black box) which is a massive improvement in hardware
