We seem to be divided on this issue so lets take a quick poll
Is this the real thing or not?
I am genuinely convinced it's genuine. Awkward, cringeworthy, insecure codependent and mnaipulated by the content of CBB but genuine. I note this view is shared by some but not others. I really dont think Stevi or Chloe J are bright enough to act for so long and so convincingly (alleged failures aside). Thus I conclude it's real.
You?

I'm not at all convinced by them, Chloe often seems to shy away from him even while screeching that she adores him - and they haven't once shared a proper kiss. There seems no warmth at all between them.

That's completely 100% real.
I'm not sure it will last but it's real.

I want it to be fake because it's an awful relationship but unfortunately I think it's real. Bafflingly, Chloe appears to like Stevi more than Stevi likes Chloe, and he is displaying worrying signs of controlling and manipulating her. She seems like a nice enough girl, just very naive.
What name??

I think and hope it's fake. I'd think a lot less of both of them if it was real and I don't exactly admire them now.

I keep changing my mind. Now I think it's fake because they are having dramatic moments that they could think would be broadcast and because they keep declaiming their status in a way I've never come across, almost like a slogan - 'Are You My Life Partner?' sort of stuff

I think it's real.

One thing non of the HM's have questioned ( as far as I can remember)is this relationship.

For all the screaming of 'Fake' I don't think it's been thrown at them and I would think if there was any doubt this was a showmance the HM's would have shouted loud and long to that effect.

Chloe inparticular is desperately needy. Stevi should run.

I think it's genuine in the sense of they believe they are in a proper relationship, but I think they are both quite co-dependent.

In that sense, it's not a relationship that has long lasting potential, but I do believe it is genuine from their perspective.

I think it appears a bit fake because Chloe is such a complex character who to us the viewers appears eccentric, and Stevi is a bit of a people pleaser, which can come across as disingenuous.

The mix might appear not real or authentic, but in their heads I believe it is utterly real - for now.

I voted real.

What's the point in having a fake relationship, you might as well just have a real one.

50/50. I think they're having fun riding the celebrity wave, and I think being a couple helps them do that. Not sure there's much genuine love there, but they're clearly in a relationship of some sort. The type that gets them on big brother, potentially gets them magazine deals and gets them more attention. I mean you can't go on big brother and the x-factor and not want attention So I'd say it's a relationship of convenience.

Who knows whether it's fake or real, only they do. One thing it is for me though, is bloody nauseating.

Still none the wiser with that pair.

I would have been tempted to say real albeit rather a strange relationship. But what has me bewildered is the fact that it appears Stevi has 'time out' quite often and then calls Chloe. Seems rather an odd thing to do. When you love someone you normally want to spend as much time as possible with them. But that shed a whole new light on things for me. I'm beginning to think Stevi isn't into Chloe as much as he'd have us believe.

Can't make it out myself.

I found that a bit manipulative of him, it's like he was throwing out a warning to her i.e; you've been annoying me so we'll have time out when we get back, especially since she's been going on about being lonely. It's like his way of telling her to buck her ideas up. He then put his sickeningly false caring voice on afterwards to make it seem like he wasn't just acting like a prize prat!

Of course Chloe will probably go along with it time and time again and Stevi will enjoy being able to control her that way until one day, she'll snap and suddenly leave him and it'll be a shock to the system for Stevi, and he'll cry like a little bitch... maybe

I'm sticking with 'real' but massively dysfunctional and driven by a hunger for media attention.

I can only surmise that those claiming it's real have never been in a real relationship

Everything about them is forced and awkward

Body language is all wrong, no mirroring, no signs of compatibility

When you 'deep down' feel a connection there's no need for constant verbal affirmation

There's no cynicism involved from those who smell BS

I've been in plenty relationships I thought were deep and strong but only when you truly find one that is do you really see the comparisons

I don't know if it's BBs little joke or their own agents spin but it's genius marketing, the 'are they/aren't they' is certainly doing its job well generating discussion

It's fooling plenty of you as it's been designed to but those of us who know true connection see right through it, when love's strong it can handle the moments apart, it doesn't break down at every hurdle or 'require time apart' or indeed throw up any Q's, true compatibility just takes everything in its stride

I've been in love 5 years now, we've lived in various situations, rented rooms/ small flats, EXTREMELY close proximity, never argued (which given we're both strong-minded is a miracle) love and crave only each others company, share a million interests and derive much comfort in each other, we see Stevi and Chloes interaction and it constantly baffles us how anyone would fall for it

Bizarre

I thought it was a bit cruel of Stevi to even say he'd like a week or two 'me' time once they were out of the house. She was clearly upset. He could have at least waited until they were out of the house, sat down with her and had a heart to heart with no cameras around etc. Explain he needed some time on his own etc. But it would appear he has said stuff like that in the past, then rung her. Not sure that I like that in a person. It's unkind to knowingly upset someone, which I have no doubt he knew it would do.

I would have been quite upset if my 'supposed' fiancé had said that to me.

No need to do that if it's as fake as I suspect

There's been some bewildering behaviour from both sides - Stevi in the HL show acted as if she was poisonous in flinching when Chloe came towards him in the store room, when she questioned him on it, he said "No, I didn't babe" Really?

Her voice is so grating too, the night before in the diary room, her voice was noticeably higher, then halfway through a sentence, she went all Barry White on us. Bizarre
