There's no cynicism involved from those who smell BS

I've been in plenty relationships I thought were deep and strong but only when you truly find one that is do you really see the comparisons

I don't know if it's BBs little joke or their own agents spin but it's genius marketing, the 'are they/aren't they' is certainly doing its job well generating discussion

It's fooling plenty of you as it's been designed to but those of us who know true connection see right through it, when love's strong it can handle the moments apart, it doesn't break down at every hurdle or 'require time apart' or indeed throw up any Q's, true compatibility just takes everything in its stride

I've been in love 5 years now, we've lived in various situations, rented rooms/ small flats, EXTREMELY close proximity, never argued (which given we're both strong-minded is a miracle) love and crave only each others company, share a million interests and derive much comfort in each other, we see Stevi and Chloes interaction and it constantly baffles us how anyone would fall for it

Bizarre ”

But not every relationship, as you say, is the 'true' one and even those break up. And people in love can still argue and be irritated with each other (current relationship length - 20 years - and I've in long-term relationships before that). So they could be in a relationship but it could be a brittle one or one not like yours. It may not come up to your standards but it still could be one.

So though I tend at the moment to veer towards 'fake', I wouldn't surprised if it wasn't either.

I find them both nauseating...definitely fake and awful at trying to 'act' as if it is real...GET THEM OUT!

Agreed

I just feel the constant need to reassure each other is more them trying to convince themselves

Bottom line tho is I'm convinced this is Xfactor commitee engineered hokum

There's been some bewildering behaviour from both sides - Stevi in the HL show acted as if she was poisonous in flinching when Chloe came towards him in the store room, when she questioned him on it, he said "No, I didn't babe" Really?

Her voice is so grating too, the night before in the diary room, her voice was noticeably higher, then halfway through a sentence, she went all Barry White on us. Bizarre”

Totally Bizarre.

As I've said, I can't make them out. Yes, he did move away from her then deny it. It's really odd. Not all relationships are the same of course, but as their relationship is still fairly new, I am baffled as to why either one of them would want time out from each other. The whole point of being engaged is because you want/hope/aim to spend the rest of your lives with each other. Not take a two week holiday from each other every now and again. Although I daresay it could work for some.

I've known my husband for 45 years and never once have either of us wanted to spend time apart. I perish the thought of it actually.

Going all Barry White on us has had me lol'ing. She did, I make you right lol.

Didn't that 'celebrity gossip guy' on BOTS confirm it was fake? It didn't seem like an opinion either it seemed like he knew that it was staged relationship to get mag deals etc.

Best nip out and get a Carmen Miranda hat, just in case those two are kosher (which I doubt).

That way you have a fine selection of fresh fruit to nibble and I'll come along and give you a hand

Not sure that I like that in a person. It's unkind to knowingly upset someone, which I have no doubt he knew it would do.

I would have been quite upset if my 'supposed' fiancé had said that to me.

This confuses me as they don't actually live together in real life. I reckon it's a scenario dreamt up by thir agent, they go in all lovey dovey then they drift apart so we are all breathlessly waiting to see what happens next in this penny dreadful version of Mills and Boon. I'm not buying it.

No, apparently they don't live together, which is unusual in this day and age. You'd think they'd be enjoying seeing each other 24/7 being in the house together. It's totally weird. The way they act at times I question whether they even fancy each other, aside from in front of the cameras and even then it's odd. It's not natural and very stilted.

Whilst Stevi was still in the X Factor didn't they have a fling, one night stand or something? Then nothing was really heard of them (or I missed it) until only recently and now they are in CBB.

Last night Stevi suggested they stay way from each other for a few weeks ,Chloe then said "You have said this before then you ring and want to see me " I thought it was Chloe who called the shots but I find it's Stevi. They are both desperate for fame , and this fake relationship goes to prove just how far they will go to get it .

Stevi suggests a break from Chloe after CBB

That's what I don't get either Deb. Considering the passion they claim to have for one another and all that cringey groaning they have going on, all that happens between them is a theatrical smacker on the lips. The longest being after they were reunited after being parted for 2 days. It was just the most awkward long smacker on the lips I've ever seen. In fact I'll change that - I've NEVER seen anything like that at all.

Had they been as passionate about one another as they claim to be, dropping their inhibitions when they decided to slide all over one another groaning away, a good old snog would have been nothing would it!......well.....nothing if you're in a REAL relationship, but in a fake one with no sexual chemistry at all, the smacker on the lips is as passionate as it gets.

I was willing to believe it was true but now is just seems so fake. I feel second hand embarrassment watching them. The way they speak to each other just doesn't seem natural. Also Stevi is such a drip and I can't bear his garden monologues. It wouldn't be so bad if it was fake and well acted but they're just so ugh.

While I can understand people thinking it isn't real (whatever that means). I'm not buying all the conspiracy theories about it being faked for the cameras. No-one could keep up that pretence for more than a few days.

Too many cynical minds!

Sure, it'd be difficult to keep a convincing act going, but if it's not convincing, how difficult is it really? That's in fact exactly what people are saying- they're trying to keep up the pretence and failing! That's why people think it's fake

I was convinced for the first week it was totally fake, but the more I see of them, I'm confused and don't know what to make of them.

I've grown to like them though.....they're far from the worst in there.

I'm beginning to think Stevi isn't into Chloe as much as he'd have us believe.

Fake.

Re 'time out', maybe he wants to spend time with his daughter. Have they ever even mentioned her in CBB?

If his head gets anywhere near her personal space, her head disappears into her shoulders. Never seen anything like it. Could they not have put two people together that had even an iota of mutual attraction?
The kisses are like the ones you'd give your granny when you were ten years old.

It's like they're bumbling their way through a script they've barely read.

I'm not suggesting it IS scripted, but it's almost like they've no live experience at all and have just come from birth to the show.

It really is quite weird!
