And what is this obsession with saying TA-OO. It's TATT-OO. 4 out of 5 people who appear on this show (including Jay and Sketch,) pronounce it TA-OO. They don't pronounce the T's in the middle of the word!

I hate tattoo's. Each to their own, but I just don't like them on anyone and would never have one myself. However, this show is strangely addictive and I find myself having to keep watching to see the cover up results. I can really appreciate the art and the talent needed to create some of the designs. Also, don't people ever learn? It's always one of two stories as to why they have bad tattoos.
1. I was drunk and thought it would be funny. 2. I had my girlfriend name tattooed on me, then we split up. Oh, one last thing, I quite like Paisley the receptionist. I know a lot of you don't like her. |

I know, I think instead of being given tattoo covers some of these people should be sterilised instead to preserve the future intelligence of the human race.

I haven't really seen this a lot, but I enjoy 'Tattoos After Dark', especially the British guy

Why were the pre-op transsexual's nipples covered up?

Just been watching "Tattoo Nightmares" and didn't know Tattoo Fixers ripped off the "turning disaster pieces into masterpieces" catchphrase from there.
So it's not only Sketch's tattoos that are unoriginal. |

I love Tattoo Fixers, I've seen pretty much all of them.
I think Paisley acts as 'ordinary bystander' and her shocked face and remarks make me laugh. I like all the tattooists and think Sketch does some very good work. He also seems to get the worst and hardest coverups, as well as the knobs (literally) and sometimes it doesn't work, but Jay ducks out. I miss Lou, but think Alice is lovely and her relationship with Paisley is funny. And I love the banter between the boys. I'd never get a tattoo, and don't really 'get it', but the covers are often very good and a hell of a lot better than the original tatts some of which are comically horrendous (others just horrendous). |

The cover ups are great..The tattooists are personable... ..The reconstructions of what happened regarding the original tattoos are beyond stupid....
The members of the public in the main seem pretty dopey, especially the young males. Well worth a watch on time delay.... Save 30 minutes of ads and filler. |

I watched this the other day. I don't have any tattoos, am not a fan and really don't understand why, if they are asked, eg, to cover an inch long tattoo on their calf they end up with one that covers most of their leg. It's so OTT. If I ever wanted one that would put me off.
When I was young it wasn't unknown for me to have a drink or 3, but I was never tempted to get a dodgy tattoo, even in my most drunken state. Maybe it's more of a lads thing, egging each other on. |

Has anyone watched this?
Late night on E4? Pretty interesting programme, and the tattoo artists are very good. Amazes me though how they cover up/fix a tattoo with one that's 10 to 20 times the size. ![]() But what is the point of 'Paisley' the receptionist? She is rather annoying actually. Tries to be this sassy and confident, but just comes across as gobby and unprofessional; shouting 'OY!' to the three tattoo artists when a customer comes in. Lou (the female tattoo artist) is beautiful. I am not a fan of tats personally, but there are people who suit them OK, and she is one. Beck from big brother (from Luke and Beck) was on it the other week; Jeeez she thinks she is something! ![]() She is the worse part of the show and puts me off watching. She act's like she is the owner ![]() Those 3 are very talented. |
