Need a wee bit of advice, I'm usually alright with this stuff

Two nights ago I was out with Tanna, my big brown bear (German Sheppard), I had an accident on scooter I got ejected out of it, and it landed on its side with me underneath it, I thought Tanna would bolt but no, she comes running over, I reassure her Its alright and fuss her she then stands over the top of me. Luckily some friends see the scooters lights and a odd angle and see its on it side and come to help, Tanna knows them well but is reluctant to let them near me, she kept nudging me and was tied up until I get pulled up.

Two days in she still seems really un-nerved by what happened and wont leave my side, even if I go to the loo, she batters the door open. The worst problem is she now barks at anyone coming in, too see us, nurses, even people she knows and looks very uneasy, tail still wags but its not a "I'm pleased to see you type". Even if I let them in by opening the door myself, she reacts the same.

Other problem she wont walk with other people, she just refuses to go, unless I take her

They do say that German Shepherds are very protective and she's just concerned for you which is nice.

It might just take a while for her to get back to normal.
