And he's now on BOTS being interviewed by Rylan, saying the same things almost word for word.

He's totally deluded. He thinks he's cured of diabetes.

Your xenophobia is hanging out there for everyone to see.

Well if its type 2 he might be effectively, he lost a lot of weight in there and looks a lot better for it. I've heard of people "curing" diabetes type 2 with major weight loss -ie on no meds.

I liked Scoop, he's not an angry man or a nasty man. He's a calming presence and big men like that are great for a cuddle

The porn remark was funny- at least he was honest.

Scoop is a nice bloke, he didn't do anything in the house to particularly entertain me but he is absolutely the best of a bad bunch and completely harmless/not bitchy/not nasty and yet still there are some very vehement posts here damning him, we just can't be appeased can we, lol

I thought he had way too much interview time he was boring, I kept looking at the time and was gutted we only got about 10 full minutes of house action.
On the other hand Gail's interview was quite entertaining. Shame she thought being a miserable bore in the house would see her coast to the final.

I've seen that said before, but tell me which fights he stopped? I saw him talk a lot about peace, conciliation and resolution of arguments, but I never saw him stop one - or else perhaps there'd have been fewer rows I never saw him get involved at all when they were in full-flow.

He does seem like a nice guy though, but struck me very much as a 'it's not my problem' kind of person who liked to talk a lot but not say much or do much (regarding the arguments).

Yes, that made me laugh. Once a diabetic, always a diabetic. It's how well you control your levels. Obviously if he's been losing weight and controlling his food intake, his levels will have improved, which is great.

Yes, he was never nasty, this is very true, and that is admirable indeed. He just wasn't the peacemaker he believes himself to be. Abstaining is not keeping the peace.

I seriously doubt that that was her gameplan, I would say that the tension and arguments sucked the life out of her when she was in there. The relief she felt on leaving was palpable, she was almost high with delight! Great interview she gave - had me laughing a lot, good on BOTS too. Such a shame her experience in the house wasn't what it could have been.

I know it was his interview, but this guy takes narcissism to a new level. Did you see his face as well? He was gutted, he obviously thinks he deserved to win more than anyone else and is livid he's been put out.

Poor guy doesn't realise the more he bleats on about how great he is, the more apparent it becomes he's actually the complete opposite.

Disappointed in Emma (again) for pandering to his nonsense. She was echoing all his embarrassing compliments to himself.”

At her absolute pandering worst .. I've heard this is her last series, probably not a bad idea.

I echo everything you say about Scoop, perhaps he is the person Sherrie was thinking about the other day when Natasha asked her about "celebrities" believing in their own hype?

He is not very intelligent, I'm clear that he just doesn't understand that he is a big nobhead.

Haha, what are his principles and values? He's a massive fool and he thinks he's acting good when what he is doing is acting in order to court favour for himself, so that makes him selfish as well.

Talentless is also one of his traits. I think the uselessness of the British HMs is only surpassed by that of the U.S. ones. Just terrible

Xenophobia!
You do know that's a real thing and very serious, you should not make such accusations blandly on a forum in order to try and win a point because you have no valid argument in the debate. It's offensive to others and it undermines the abhorrence we should hold for those who really are against people not of the same nationality.

I was obviously referring to people in the house ( note the word contestant) as the poster knows full well. If they want me to expand on the word another, I was referring to Farrah and Jenna who seem to talk a lot of nonsense

Guess I really shouldn't be by surprised by the negativity thrown in the direction of what is essentially a good man, who was respected and liked by all the housemates. Nothing surprises me anymore... which is good as I never was a fan of surprises in anyways.

Since when have arrogant, self righteous, egotistical, self satisfied, patronising, self centred, selfish, deluded people been described as good men??

The negativity is, unfortunately, fully justified in his case.

He bored me in the house, and bored me even more in his interview.
Happily, I don't watch BOTS

Odd that none of the house mates (who actually lived with Scoop and knew him far better than anyone here) used any of those terms to describe Scoop.

I just feel like people are being overly judgmental and I'm struggling to understand why?
