Surely they should stagger the updates for different regions for less strain on the servers.

I wish they'd sort out the accuracy on the weather locations. I remember when the native weather app used to actually display what London Borough i'm in but now it just says "London"

Did it report different weather for you?

Does it matter? You'd have to wait either way.

If you've had the beta version you need to reconnect to iTunes and do a restore! Madness I know!! Stupid in my opinion!

It used to when I first got my 4S in 2013 then the location accuracy just stopped.

Downloading fine via iTunes instead.

How's it stupid? 9.1 is a higher version than 9.0. Why would you expect the OTA to downgrade your OS?

Have to wait? Apple confirmed the update is available from 6pm. For it to throw up an error every time is a poor show yet again.

Shouldn't have to put up with it!

The difference is 9.1 is a beta of an OS that will release in November, it doesn't matter if 9.0 is the final release or not, you're still running a newer OS version and Apple isn't going to downgrade people.

Ok you don't know how releases work it's cool I can see where you're coming from but... Can't be bothered to argue don't have time if it makes you feel better tell yourself you're right whatever helps you sleep

It is a weather prediction local to you as before, but the place name now covers a bigger area. I get a different forecast where i am despite being several miles from the city i live near, despite all of it coming under the same name.

Don't see any changes on my phone apart from they've changed PM to p.m. on the home screen at the top and it now looks unbelievably ugly/tacky/just weird.

double tap your home button

that's one of the more obvious visual changes. just kicked off my download and it's giving me about a 20 minute download time which is fair enough
