It might be in your list of apps in settings. Or you could change your region to the US and it will bring the News App onto your home screen.

Did you change the region to the US? If you just change it temporarily you will see what the News App looks like.

It should be just on your home screen if you changed the region.

Strange. It should appear when you change the language and region in settings to the United States. I wonder why it's not in the 9.0 update and in the 9.1 GM. I thought they were supposed to be the same.

Do you have an iPhone 5 or 5S? Maybe it's not available on the older models.

And Maps is handy also with public transport information and timetables. I like the way you just have to double tap the home button to activate Apple Pay also.
I've only got a 5s so no Apple Pay for me just yet. I've also finally relented and turned Siri on as well - probably won't use it but enough there in 9 to possibly make it useful for once

Hey Siri only works wirelessly on the 6s and 6s plus anyway.

Downloaded with no problems.

Glad they've finally added a delete all button in the inbox. I thought it was odd they had this button in the trash but not in the main inbox.

I thought you were meant to swipe left of the email in the list to delete.

I've always had to hit edit, then select the ones I want to delete.

I've been using it for a while now and don't think it adds an extra hour to the battery life.
The update is meant to add an extra 3hours to battery life, and then the battery saving mode is meant to add an extra hour if you turn it on.

Other way round.

The iOS 9 optimisations are supposed to deliver an extra 1 hour use from a full charge, and the low power mode 3 additional hours if turned on from a full charge.

With low power mode it will vary depending on how much background stuff you normally have enabled as that is where most of the savings are made.
