Corrie Callum and the live
MutantX
16-09-2015
I am not a Corrie fan but the fact that they're having a live episode intrigues me (even though I don't understand why they're doing it)
It seems to me that the Platt family vs Callum is th main sl taking front and centre on the ep. With the Platt side I'm fine. I love them and to me they are my favourite family ever since watch the whole Hillman saga when I was a kid.
But are they serious about Callum!? Like wtf! A villain, he is not. A gangster, he is not! They're nothing remotely scary about him. He prances about quite daintedly and somehow is this big massive villain that is terrorising the Platts.
For a big episode like the live you can't settle for a two-bit joke of a villain.
Oh and for me I feel that it maybe a tad predictable. At the end of the ep one shall die.

Callum's two beanpole 'henchmen' who trashed Audrey's hairdressers are puny.

Seriously...

Callum is a goner. The best thing that we can possibly hope for with this live episode is that Blackburn announces his departure, just like he did after Emmerdale's live back in 2012.

It seems madness to put Callum at the centre of the live episode when Sean Ward's acting is atrocious in the pre-recorded episodes.
