Fake, fake, fake.

Unless, of course, it's true - in which case I hope they lock him in his cabin when he works on cruise ships.

Real.

In any case, surely if it was fake/attention-seeking, he'd at least try and wring some entertainment out of it by eg. getting into bed with one of the HM or talking or something? Otherwise what would be the point of faking it since even Bobby can't believe that it will make him more interesting or be likely to get him to the final?

I can't make my mind up.
I think he must be desperate if he doing it for attention.
Most sleep walkers can look scary but he looked OK to me.

From what I saw, it looked fake. It looked like he knew James and Sherrie were watching and laughing, so he amped it up even more by continuously bumping into his bed. It just felt like part of his act.

I asked on another thread what the point of him faking sleepwalking would be and it was suggested that it was to get camera-time. Whilst not impossible, I do think that's would be a very convoluted plan for Bobby to come up with, especially since there are much simpler methods you could employ to 'camera-hog'... And given that the air-time rationale is based on assumption without evidence I would probably go down the Occam's Razor route and say the guy probably just suffers from somnambulism.

I do think we'll probably never know definitely though.

As a fellow sleepwalker I think he is genuine. I sleepwalk and talk. It used to scare my kids but they soon twigged that if they asked me for anything I'd say yes, or give them the password for the computer! I had to make a house rule, not to ask me for anything while I was sleepwalking/talking.

My most embarrassing sleepwalking realisation was when my then future hubby came into our room at his mother's and said "Good morning Blackpool Illuminations". I had slept walked into everyone's bedroom in just my knickers, flicked on the bedroom light, stood there for a few seconds & went onto the next room. Apparently I did this through the house with my future mother in law following me, turning the lights back off! Breakfast was awkward!

Stress can trigger it, and some but not all grow out of it. I started aged 3 and still sleepwalk and talk at 39.

So yes, I voted real.

Ah, I missed that.

But I still say real.

I know he's a bit desperate but I just can't see him being this desperate. And as KT_Dog says, there are so many other and better ways to camera hog if it's attention he's after.

His family might know something about it.

I'm sure some people are putting fake just because they don't like him.

Sleepwalking is usually caused by stress or change. Bobby is a comedian (despite what some people say!) and therefore he spends a lot of time on the road, on cruise ships and generally away from home. It is totally feasible he sleepwalks.

You remember some of it when people mention it. Strange.

what do you back that up with then?
in the same way, I could argue some people are putting real just because they do like him.

Some of the sleep talking I do, but not the sleepwalking at all. I once offered my friend a bacon buttie in the early hours after a night of clubbing, she said yes straight away, she was in a right mood when I woke up hours later & had no idea lol

True! They could certainly answer the question for us if one of them ever appears on BOTS.

I can remember staying at my grannies and must of been on my mind about my grandad being very ill in the other bedroom. He died in hospital.I sleep walked that night and ended up in that bedroom in bed that my grandad was sick in.
My last sleep walking episode was when I was 16.

Aww, sounds like you just wanted to be near him & the stress of him being ill started it up. My last time was last week, fell asleep on the sofa, woke up in bed (love it when that happens even if I do leave the tele on.... The other way around not so much haha).

I'd call my dad out, especially if he was Bobby Davro. Thankfully, he isn't.

LOL.
Take care. Sleep walking used to scare me with horror stories about it.
I was scared when my daughter started doing the same as me. I used to put her back in bed. . It scared me if i'm honest. Glad when she stopped doing it.

I'm not a massive fan of Bobby's, but I'm not that petty. You've made quite an assumption there.

I don't think he's mine either... Mind you, my Mum did spend a lot of time at Butlins during the 70's so you never know...

Neither of my kids do it thankfully. I'm going to be a nightmare for the care staff in my nursing home lol
