Have both Cameron and Grace left the show?

Not sure about Cameron. Trevor kicked Grace out and doesn't want her around Curtis. I think she's on holiday at the moment in the sl but might plot to get Curtis back. No way would they leave that unfinished.

Nope Tammie and Cameron have both been filming, so are both back on screen soon.

According to upcoming spoilers, Ziggy will visit Cameron in prison and ask if Cameron has been having an affair with Leela. Grace is probably just on a break after they had her and Trevor split, but should be back on screen soon enough

I think Grace is working with Ashley as part of a bigger picture to get Trevor out the way and get her son back.

Both are still in the opening titles, so still part of the show. Although God only knows what's happening with Myra!
