As a pair there is absolutely zero chance that their relationship is genuine. It's all to get a deal with Hello magazine and the like and that's what really bothers me about them.”

Spot on with everything

I do not see Stevie as nasty or manipulative, I think she is the boss in that relationship and has him wrapped round her finger. I think he feels he has stuck gold with Chloe and she knows it. I hope she does not hurt Stevie in the future..

I don't think he does. He says it but he has major doubts.

A marriage between those two is doomed to fail.

She is 11 years younger than Stevi and very immature.

Last time I looked Stevi wasn't a psychiatrist which he'd need to be throughout any marriage to her.

The OP is right, Chloe is bringing Stevi down. it's like he's her carer.

No wonder he wants a two-week break. More like a lifetime break.

I like Stevi, but he needs to end this relationship. Another more compatible woman is waiting.

Yes. I'm sure that without Chloe, he'd be a real dynamo. 😉

I like her more than him, and that is saying something. He makes all these off-handed comments to her that would seriously offend me. He's constantly saying how everyone is fine with him, but have an issue with her... to her. Like keep it to yourself. Stop shoving it in her face. It comes across as very smarmy. His jibes at her about spending time away from one another when they get out of the house also seemed uncalled for. Dump her if you want, but why say that in the house with cameras there. Seemed like he was concerned she was screwing with his public image, and wanted to do damage control. The biggest issue I have with him though is how he is never supportive of her. Anyone can pat someone on the back when they cry, but he clearly doesn't give a damn. If he did he would flat out tell Austin not to speak to her in that way. He doesn't have to fight her fights for her, but knowing how fragile (and frankly manic) she seems you would think he would try to referee a bit more. I mean damn! Janice gives more of a shit than him.

I did feel a bit sorry for Stevi but when he threatened to go apeshit but then didn't have a pair big enough, I lost that feeling.

He's just a big girl's blouse imho.

Good post Whitney. It makes a lot of sense.

Agree with this, that was a test of character and he failed miserably. He should have pretended to care at least, he wasnt scared of Austin, he was scared the public would take against him if he got involved.

I think she has a personality disorder- she's totally erratic and high maintenance, the wandering accent and the hystyerical outbursts if anyone challenges her in the slightest of ways. Stevi is starting to see that BB was not a good idea as you cant fake feelings for somebody for that long.
I dont think Stevi has a hulk in him to unleash (unless somebody stood between him and a camera). Naked desperation is never attractive and this pair have it in spades. At least the real celebs in there have the charisma to occasionally be amusing, this pair only have fake tears (Chloe's boo hoo hoo crying that a 4 year old would be embarrassed to try) and badly- scripted declarations of love to offer. I'm sick of the pair of them, its like watching a very unfunny epi of the Office, including sideways lances to camera.

Exactly.
It annoys me that Gail has gone and those two chancers are still there.

But that's what the public wanted.

That's also what the producers wanted and they can shape public opinion very easily. Some housemates are very aware of that and make sure they supply material for the HL show.
