I took an offer out last November for BT Broadband and telephone, it was half price for 12 months or something like that. This November I was planning on cancelling as their broadband is crap and the telephone etc will be to expensive. I am now moving house next month and I think I have read that if I move addresses and take telephone and broadband with me it automatically renews for another 12 months.

So my question is how do I get around this? Would it be cheaper just to not switch the broadband etc over to the new address and just pay the early termination fee's etc?
