I can actually understand why Abi went against her dad, he's a terrible dad to her and for years he's done nothing but let her down. No wonder she wants to punish him and has so many issues with him. Max betraying Abi to save his own skin just shows how little he cares for her, I can't imagine him doing that Lauren, he really doesn't give a crap about Abi.

You for real, I suppose if one of your kids tried to get a murder charge on you and locked up for 20yrs you'd be fine with it and just sit back and allow it and not fight your corner

If it meant protecting the kid I supposedly loved and had treated like crap for years then yea. Well, actually I would still fight but I would do it without dobbing them in and trying to get them into trouble. Abi's a crap daughter only because Max has been an utterly appalling dad, I don't feel sorry for him when it comes to Abi turning against him.
