The rule regarding the discussion of nominations is very very easy to break it would seem. Seriously, has there ever been any series of BB where that rule hasn't been broken at least once? Isn't that the entire reason they started BB13 with the housemates allowed to discuss nominations?
Maybe it they went back to the old sanction of losing Their right to nominate, being put up for eviction or even just kicked out without facing the public vote (like in the good old days) they'd learn to take it a bit more seriously again.

Shortly before the noms discussion was announced, BB read the list of HM,s up for eviction. Jenna was the only one who jumped with glee and gave a hand swipe when it was revealed that the whole house was up.

Then her noms discussion was played into the house. Farrah immediately threw Jenna to the wolves IMO by repeating 'it wasn't me'. I don't yet know if Jenna slithered off to her bed because she'd been caught out, OR, because of Farrah's betrayal. But we'll see

Either way Jenna is no doubt feeling crushed because, had the boot been on anyone else's foot, she her and sidekick Farrah, would have been creating one massive hoo har. And, she's always had Farrah's back.............

I thought Jenna actually believes she did nothing wrong. It's all part of her self delusion and lack of self awareness. She was pouting like a teenager in a snit and at her age really should be over all that. She does, however, know she said it...... all that bulldust about watching the tape back was to make it look to the others like it was made up.

As far as I could tell from Jenna's reaction she was affronted by the fact Big Brother chose to reveal her rule-break even though she and Farrah had been 'making the effort to play nice'... She even appeared to allude, during her bedroom conversation with Farrah, that Big Brother had requested that they be nicer to everyone and that they had been... She's interpreted them revealing the noms talk as a mind game from them.

It's curious really. I can't imagine BB really asked them to tone things down. She seems to think they had though.

"Case dismissed!"
Point, here, is that Farrah wasn't really guilty. It was Jenna who totally led this 'conversation'...

I'm engaged to an American, so I can say this lol.

There are some American's, particularly in certain industries and areas of America, that are very American-centric.

An offshoot of this is that some of them have massive ego's and will not accept the truth about things. Granted Farrah is an extreme example of this.

Seems you can only speak about the ONE American you are engaged to.... There are over 300 million Americans.

Katie Hopkins fits your description of some Americans... Good job I don't judge all British subjects by her actions... Maybe I'm wrong there though after all she clearly has a following in th UK since she came 2 nd to another massive ego Katie Price... * sigh *

I'm sorry but I see absolutely no link between being patriotic/focused on your country of origin and being unable to accept the truth/having a massive ego.

Plenty of people from all over the world have massive egos for a multitude of reasons, but to suggest it's linked to where they're from is pretty bloody ridiculous!

The stereotypes and generalisations of Americans on here are ridiculous.

Farrah saying, "I don't remember any of this, so don't blame me!" is completely typical of someone who has a narcissistic personality disorder. By saying this it is a way of deflecting responsibility because in a narcissists mind, they are never wrong. About anything.

Have had many years experience of this with with my mother. Any time any damaging events have been brought up, it's always met with a bored, "I don't remember any of this, so don't blame me!" Therefore the accusers feelings are invalid and the narcissist keeps the upper ground.

Of the many displays of Farrah's condition the bit that sealed it for me, is they lack empathy. Earlier on when Janice got tearful about the way Jenna and Farrah were treating her, Jenna first said to her (and this is not verbatim), 'What's the matter Janice, you ok?" and Farrah followed, 'Yeah, what's the matter, Janice. Talk to us. What's the matter? Did you lose something?" and also implied in her tone that Janice was being pathetic and probably over something trivial. Jenna quickly looked at Farrah, touched her arm, and said, 'no, don't' as she understood Janice needed some compassion at that time. Most of the time she appears robotic when someone else gets emotional and seems to go through the motions.

I believe she has had a very hard and difficult life to have made her that way. Deep down, she must believe that small, scared, little girl without a voice is the ugliest thing. So, she has invented this persona that she thinks is wonderful. Unfortunately, those who come under her presence, many think it is the ugliest person they have had the misfortune to deal with. And narcissist are that, ugly. The really sad thing about the condition is, it is incurable, because to them, there is nothing wrong with them. If there is a problem, it is everybody else's fault. It's about the only mental health condition, next door to psychopathy, that I have no empathy towards because they hurt everybody around them eventually and have no remorse about any of it because of the lack of empathy within themselves.

It's a point to be sure, although not the one I was making.
