Corrie: Anyone like Sharif Nazir?
I think he's probably the best out of the whole Nazir family, but some of the 'storylines' he's been given are terrible.
The chickens laying (or not laying) the eggs was just so boring. I'd like to see Sharif's wife leave and Corrie bosses should give him a worthy story. He's currently wasted. I think he could be a very good actor in Corrie.

I don't care for him, I think the grandma is probably the best and Zeedan has been ok since he's been interacting with Leanne.

They have been surprisingly better since Kal's death. Especially Zeedan who was a pain in the arse beforehand.

I like the character of Sharif; he is written as a decent family man. I liked the idea of him becoming friends with Roy and working their allotments side-by-side. I was disappointed when this was dropped in place of the storyline of that unwholesome, scruffy woman using Roy.

I don't like the older Nazirs. I do like Zeedan though and sometimes Alya.

I agree about Cathy. She is so annoying and eats like a pig. If one thing really annoys me it's bad table manners. Poor Roy. She puts toast crumbs in the butter, leaves some on the knife which was placed on the side then to top that she eats with her mouth open, talks with her mouth full and smacks her lips. Just really, really horrible. It's bad enough when men eat like that but a woman? Ugh.

He is a complete non-entity to me. The chickens made more of an impact. Sort of handsome though.

. Even my kids know crumbs of any form in the butter are not to be tolerated which is why we have two lots of it - one is mine and pristine and one I couldn't even look at as its more crumbs than butter.Sharif is marginally better than his loud mouthed irritating wife. Alya needs to leave as she's now terrible and take her granny too. |

The entire family have been a big non-event for me.
They seemed to improve a bit after FatBoyGym was killed off, but not enough to be of any interest! |

Nope. Zeedan has grown on me since dreary Kal died but I could happily live without him and the rest of the family.

I've always enjoyed the family. I try and give people a chance. I despised the Slater sisters when they all joined EE, to the point I stopped watching for a few weeks, but loved them soon enough. Sharif also really reminds me of my uncle, lol.

I think he's OK. Better than his wife. But, overall, I actually don't mind the family. I'd rather watch Zeedan trying to help Leanne than anything to do with Callum.

He's pretty good. All of the Nazirs except for Alya have improved since Kal's death. Even the grandma has had a few good scenes.

Kal was just so boring. A couple of actors who have been very good elsewhere have been dreadful on Coronation Street. The actress who played Gloria is actually very good in other things but Gloria was awful. It's the same with Kal, the actor has never before been that bad that I know of.
