Backing up an Android phone

I am trying to swap my Moto G with someone else who has a Moto G. I have nothing of value on mine and have done a complete reset. However, I want to migrate all the other person's files to my original phone. What is the best way of doing this and making sure I have got all their data (media, messages, whatsapp and whatever else might store data on their phone).Ideally I need an answer in the next hour or two as I have a plane to catch early tomorrow.
In case you're curious I am in Kenya and the other phone has a cracked screen. I have offered to bring it home to get it fixed and then swap back on my next trip.

[edit] I should have said I have a blank SD card in the phone

Custom Recovery. To really back up everything like App Data.
Or Titanium Backup which needs root.

When my wife changed from I think it was her S2 to her Moto G she used the Motorola Migrate app that's available on the Play Store and it was very good.

I'm guessing it should give you the option to copy data from a Moto G to another Moto G.

If I remember right it was very easy to use and copied everything across the wireless network from phone to phone.

Here it is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...torola.migrate

Thanks. But unfortunately I ran out of time and copied what I could and brought the phone home with me with the intention of saving the rest of the data when I get home.
