It MUST be because people think he's attractive to look at. His pre-BB personality is nasty and aggressive and his in-BB personality is dull and dim.”

Exactly...he knows what type of game to play...giving the situation.

James to win.

James can choose whoever he likes. He gets on fine with Janice, they have done things together and had good chats all the way through, why would he choose either of the mean girls over Janice ? Jenna really makes me sick, he's had a couple of convos with her and she now thinks that, like Natasha, it makes it obligatory for them to save her over anyone else ! Who does she think she is ? Austin is only agreeing with her because he's scared of Jenna for some reason. I noticed how he agreed with James in the garden, then went in and made sure that Jenna didn't think he was agreeing with James in the house, and that "of course" he agreed with her.

Austin apparently challenged James about his choice before Jenna even mentioned it to him, that's what he said on live feed last night

James should tell Jenna to get lost. It's none of her business, or anyone else's for that matter, who James decided to pick. And it makes me smile when Jenna accuses James of being tactical when she's one of the biggest game players in there!

1; You know that's not true, and 2; Accused Gail of doing what for the sympathy vote? 3; It's irrelevant to this point anyway.

I can't follow any of your arguments, your posts seem very disjointed and somewhat mixed up.

He did suggest that Stevie should walk away and let her learn how to cope with things. Of course these feelings towards her can mellow over time, but to change in a matter of days from how he felt about her and her behaviour to suddenly her emotional needs becoming his top concern (when she already has Stevie for support anyway) over and above his apparent closer bond he had with Bobby and Jenna? Doesn't make sense. (I say apparent as I think he is playing a game and has no real bond or concern for any of them in there)”

Yes, you've jogged my memory about that too. When people were saying that James was a clod for how clumsily he was complimenting Stevi while at the same time putting down Chloe.

I noticed how Emma failed to follow up on that in her interview with Farrah.
Surely that was a 'Please tell me more' moment of her interview?

Well what you're saying then is that the viewer should just allow themselves to be deluded and completely believe in any nonsense they're encouraged to when they watch a reality show.
Sorry but not everyone watches 'reality' TV in that way. We're not all TOWIE fans.

Why would Jenna think he's forgotten that? He has seen girls being mean and he has seen Janice giving her time and being kind to someone who is clearly struggling.

He voted for someone 'nicer' than Jenna - Jenna is manipulative and scheming and can be an out and out nasty bitch - why does she think she deserves it more than Janice?”

But this conflicts with everything he had said before in regards to Stevi and Chloe.
It's out of the blue and isn't consistent with what he's said about Stevi and Chloe on several occasions prior to last night.

She tried again on BBBOTS but also got cut off because they had to go to the ads

But we see an hour. They already missed out him a d Janice bonding a lot of times so god knows what else were missing. If it was completely out of the blue surely Bobby, Tash and Sherrie would have thought WTF has James saved Janice. Obviously they didn't think it was strange.

In fact, yes, I have a vague memory of James, Austin, and Stevi outside saying something like that to Stevi, and Stevi was acting a bit weird running and jumping around. Can anybody remember that conversation?”

I have to admit I have no memory of that conversation, but then again I think it's very feasible that the other housemates (bar Janice and obviously Stevi) did not know about Chloe's alcoholism, or the extent of it, until the Austin incident blew up. It's entirely possible his perspective could have changed given the events of this week.
