So we've established Austin has a huge crush on James, and is clearly lusting after him, despite being married.
But I see no comments on James' role in this.
Should he not be putting his foot down and firmly telling Austin he is not interested? I find his behaviour worse. He treats Austin like a toy. He knows Austin fancies him, he knows Austin can't go there, yet he is happy to carry on with this tactile and flirty behaviour. He seems to enjoy being able to toy with his gay friend like this, and I think that's more uncomfortable to watch than Austin's misguided crush.
