Does it? When was the last time a "good looking" male won? And don't say Sam BB14 because he is not good looking at all.

James can vote whoever he wants for whatever reason.

How dare he

James doesn't owe Farrah OR Jenna a damn thing. Whatever reason he gave for choosing Janice, real or false, it was HIS choice. Why anyone would think that Austin or Jenna hold the moral ground on this one is laughable.

When you look at how they've behaved in the house, it was bound to be either Farrah or Jenna who left.

Ooooh they put him up for eviction too.

Well done James”

I'd buy that if he hadn't ended up in bed with one of those foul mouthed porn queens that night. Or maybe if he was the only one that could save someone and he chose Janice. Or if his reasons weren't highly dubious. Chloe needs far more care than a batty old lady can give and she is most likely doing more harm than good. Or what if he'd allowed Chloe the positive experience of saving her friend for herself.

James is all out for number one just like the rest of them.

I've watched a few episodes and one whole series of that show - isn't that the main criteria? Aren't they all supposed to be calculating, to try and win?

Absolutely spot on Penny.

You are right but you have to admit James's looks are significant here. They are mentioned an awful lot as a positive for him.

His reasons don't matter, he saved the person he wanted to, if he had saved that repulsive, foul mouthed low life Jenna, he would have been more unpopular.

He's playing the game, which is fine as they all are. The only thing I don't like is the martyr act he has going on with it.

I noticed it was at the part where Austin made the point to James that he if he was about supporting another housemate by giving them support, Jenna's support was taken away as Farrah was her pillar. James was off like a whippet.

What I noticed during their conversations was that it was James conveniently dictating which parts of the conversation he didn't want to talk about, and which parts where he would pipe up again to talk about.
When he could see others make a valid point, that was the point where he made a hasty retreat and exited the conversation.

They don't. I posted around 15 recent tweets yesterday, none of them supporting him over his looks.

Go on Twitter and you'll find a huge majority don't like him because of his "looks".

Just blame the woman for everything. That's too easy, Austin is just as manipulative as Jenna.

James can vote for who the hell he wants, just as anyone else could in the house so I don't understand why he's getting so much stick over it. How does it make him a con man? It's a game and if it was a tactical vote, he played the game, so what!

Yes he was.

I'm laughing at all the ' special person in his life ' ( excluding his grandad ) as the reason for picking Chloe. He constantly told Alan Sugar he was just like him and came from the ' streets' and done it all on his own to get to where he was today.

Another thing. Why can't he see an argument out? He has to get up and walk away. Then again, he only does it when he's in a tight spot, like he was tonight. His excuse for saving Janice was bizarre.

Since when was Chloe 'that poor girl' ?! She's more fake than Jenna and Farrahs body parts put together.

I am not guilty of blaming women for everything thank you very much.

I am noticing the manipulative skills of Austin more recently - nowhere near on par with Jenna''s however - but I never thought he would turn against James.

Jenna was successful in making him doubt James coupled with James' recent criticism - not of Austin - but of Austin''s way of dealing with issues he has.

Or Austin knew James was doing his best to make him look bad, especial since James does not think of him as a close friend, despite Austin telling him that he does.

James the game player, Farrah's eviction showed what he might be like to live with 24/7, highlight show and live feed shows he is so uptight and sensitive to any bad comment about him, yet has no problem tell a housemate how bad he or she is.

Yes he can. He can also play the game as a game.

However, its not for the other people in there, its an act designed to con the audience, to con us, to play up to this nice sympathetic innocent lad persona so he can win.

Its also fine he can do that, but it doesnt mean people have to buy it or like it.

He probably just wanted to get rid of Farrah, didn't like the way J, F and A were treating Janice in the game and thought this way will guarantee getting rid of Farrah.

Unfortunately he didn't have the balls - who does in that house - to tell Jenna that.

Hopefully.

The last 3 days my support has strengthened to him. And now that people are going OTT with one decision he made, I'm wanting him to win more.

Possibly to spite people. I'm so mature

What the hell is wrong with you all? What does it matter who James votes for? Its a game show and he's playing the game. It doesn't make him shifty, it doesn't make him a rat, it doesn't make him two-faced, and that doesn't make him some weird manipulative son of a b****.

I just do not get how quickly you are to jump on the negative.

Ask for his act on The Apprentice, he was nothing more than a slightly moronic market salesman.

Do not get how people see what isn't there.
