She knows James won't nominate any of his Brits unless he cops out and says 'because it's better for them on the outside' or 'because they're struggling'. Which leaves Janice, Jenna and Austin, and he can't nominate Janice after saving her, which leaves Jenna and Austin who Austin he's really close to, and Jenna is trying to get close to him so he won't nominate her

Totally agree with this. She knows how to put a game plan into action. I'm not saying she doesn't like the people in the house, but she'll want to promote herself more and that means getting into the Top 4 housemates. Fair play to her, she's a good strategist, it's all about whether the public/housemates picks up on it or not.

Sadly though, she's still not as smart as she thinks she is

She's very conniving and it's fascinating to watch. I don't think James will have a problem nominating her. He would most likely use the altercation after Friday's events as his reason, but it's interesting seeing her trying to get between the "bromance". For all her bitchiness she has been one of the major players throughout and I actually wouldn't mind seeing her in the final (don't think that will happen though).

Innit geezer her coquettish discussion of her anal history with James on BOTS almost made my TV's eyelids flutter.............................

I was never in doubt about how smart she was. At first I liked her for that reason and was fascinated by her tactical talk and attempts to engineer outcomes. The fact that she didn't seem to have interpreted the game quite accurately made it all the more interesting.

Her down fall for me was how graceless she was when she had the upper hand ( or thought she had) In the secret room she was vindictive and vicious. She didn't just make use of the advantages she had but she relished the possibility of hurting other people and was triumphalist over what she thought was their downfall. She then topped it off and confirmed what I though by declaring herself to be a grudge holder.

This for me makes her worse than Farrah. Farrah in my opinion is some who protects herself with a pretence that she doesn't give a shit (I think she does) and goes on the offensive before anyone can hurt her, because she doesn't have sufficient inter-personal skills to do anything else. She just lashes out.

There is something really cold and calculating about the way Jenna uses her better intellect to process the situation and make her choices. She is far more interesting but ultimately for me the nastiest person in there. Unfortunately she has missed a vital feature of BB which is that likability matters.

She is smart. But not that smart because she can't control her own emotions to protect herself. She's pulled Farrah's strings in the house from day one, and I think she only started to branch out when she was personally being attacked. I think she was genuinely shocked. The moment Bobby did the 'big butt' impression, Jenna's face was priceless.

She's a product of the porn industry were she as been the Queen for many years. To do that kind of thing at such a high level means she has a seperation between mind and body. Her potential downfall is actually through her own mind tactics. She made a critical mistake in siding with only one person.

Though Austin looks to be giving her a lifeline by siding with her recently. I suspect Jenna will use him like she used Farrah.

Yes I think that is a vital feature of her character. She has had to learn to switch off emotionally. I think she has developed a sort of compartmentalised psyche. She was also absolutely top of the industry I understand.

I would imagine that having achieved such high standing and being in demand means most of the time people around her tell her what she wants to hear. In the house the standing she normally has is stripped away and she becomes just an ordinary human being.

This is one of the features of CBB I really like. Irrespective of who they are in the celebrity stakes most time the playing field is somewhat levelled when they walk through those doors. There are exceptions though. Some people do bring their legendary aura in with them and keep it. I think Janice may be one such trend bucker.

I also think, however clever her tactics may be, that she's missed the mark a bit and is playing it more like BBUS. Perhaps forgetting that ultimately the public will decide the winner and we can see through her tactics (even if housemates like Austin cannot).
