How would EE fans feel about Fatboy being revealed as Dot's grandson?

I think it would be a bit too contrived. I like the relationship between Dot and Fatboy as it is, I don't think making him a blood relative would add anything.

I love Fatboy and Dots relationship as it is, no need for secret twists

I think Dot's relationship with Fatboy is great especially due to the fact they aren't related since Dot isn't obliged to act like a motherly figure and yet does it
