Vodafone: Can a PAYG SIM be used as Pay Monthly
I have just bought a SIM free iPhone from Argos and it came with a 3 in 1 Vodafone PAYG SIM. I have an Android with a macro SIM (Pay Monthly) at the moment so was wondering if I could use the PAYG nano one and then move my number to the new SIM. Are SIMs the same for PAYG and Pay Monthly? If not, I will just cut my existing SIM card down.
Thanks |

Yes I think so. The sims do change over time and newer ones can do new technologies etc, but as for porting over a number I think that is fairly easy for them to do.

The online SIM swap didn't work and after having a web chat with Vodafone, it seems the SIM needs to be blank so will need to pop into a Vodafone store tomorrow.
