So what? I'd demand my family not to let the producers make them write a pithy letter. People have had holidays for longer and the show is ending in a few days. This whole letters from home schtick is ridiculous! Austin reaped what he sowed and his partner isn't 5000 miles away as he proclaimed, he's in Huddersfield as he was also proclaiming before this task, so again it's Austin picking and choosing what suits his argument.

This assumption is on that everybody in the whole world has a family. Listening to what's in others' letters would be an interest.

I still don't get how people every year get so upset when letters come. I really do think BB inject some emotional gas in the BB house, they must do

All the letters are laminated, so even though Austin's has been thrown in the water, er, sorry... magma... It will survive and probably be given to him at a later stage or after the show ends.

Maybe the letter from home was from his parents? I don't agree he reaped what he sowed. I think he's being made a fall guy for the benefit of Janice and, ultimately, James. He's hotheaded, sure, but I don't think he deserves the vitriol he's getting.

Nonsense.
Janice is a brilliant and terrible cow. Austin is letting her wind him up to the nth, stupid.
He was horrible when he didn't need to be, then he didn't get his letter and he should have accepted it gracefully. That would have been a MASSIVE WIN, for him.
But he just can't do it.

I think it's it's own odd microcosm in there. I think they either do as you say, or it messes with you psychologically. It is a bit of a freakshow.
