So on ios8 you could click the bookmark button then click clear all history and just the browsing history would be removed, now in ios9 the button has gone from safari, the only way of doing it is going into settings-safari and then you can delete it in there, only problem is it removes EVERYTHING including passwords on websites and if you've got 4-5 websites open on your favourite sites that you visit these will be gone too!

Don't get me wrong, I like ios9 but there's one or two things that have pee'd me off(see my other thread) seems like it's one step forward two steps back!

The button is still there.

Bookmarks icon then History, and clear is at the bottom right. You then get a choice of removing stuff from the last hour, today, today and yesterday, or 'all time'. However, it does say that history will be deleted from all iCloud devices, with 'cookies and website data' also being cleared from the phone.

Yeah found it now thanks, but I found a bug, the clear button is only there when in portrait mode, I was in landscape(which most people would be when browsing the net) and it's not there.

I only use landscape on my iPhone 6 when reading this forum actually. Normally I'm in portrait and zoom when needed.

On tablets however I'm always in landscape.
