I like Rositta, shes only this series started to come into her own as a character so I'd be pretty disappointed to see her killed off.

It is interesting to note who, out of the main cast, have other projects either in production or due to be released soon.

No no no - I think I'd cry for a week or more. Wouldn't be the same without him.

If they won't kill Glenn, there's no way the show's going to kill off Daryl this season.

I've got a feeling Maggie won't survive. A thought that popped inside my head the moment we knew Glenn was alive, make us believe they will have a happy reunion but then dash it away. Also I don't think they would want 2 babies on set, just my guess anyway.

Or will someone sacrifice themselves to spare the new happy family?

I don't know if they'd have the bottle to kill off Daryl, even though he's not really doing much of anything these days. I reckon Morgan isn't going to make it to next season, maybe via a meeting with [redacted] instead of [redacted], if you catch my drift.

I'm not sure he'd be missed the way things have been going. For all its faults - I'd still stick with it if he went (even though he was my favourite at first). Now if Carol went!!!!!

Anyway this all won't be resolved until well into the new year, so maybe we should just take each episode as it comes.

I'd miss him, but it's true he seems to have been downgraded, even on the promotional stuff it's Rick and Morgan with Daryl moved slightly to the background.

Agree about Carol too though- she cannot go anywhere

What a nonsense argument.

24 managed many good episodes in a single series and that was set in, you know, one day.

Different type of show though. 24 is fast pace and the story has to progress quickly as it's set in 1 day, whereas TWD is more about character building and life surviving a zombie apocalypse.

I actually prefer the slow pace in TWD, just find it more intriguing.

I completely agree, but the person I quoted makes it sound like people are only having a problem with this show because it isn't all out action and, in, fact, it can't have all out action because it has only been 1 day for the past few episodes. Which is nonsense.

Why is it nonsense? In 1 and half days we have had the wolves attack and now the walkers get into the grounds.

The show has to try and fit a decent storyline around focal points of the comic.
It can't always be action, you have to have storylines to carry a show a log otherwise it would simply be zombies trying to eat humans and humans trying to survive.

This show has always been about groups of people and how they deal with certain situations, how they deal with Loss etc, the zombies are there just to remind us that there is a reason for them to be in the predicament they are in.

I agree that all that will likely happen. However, I think there'll be some kind of twist to keep us interested.

As an aside, does anyone else struggle to pick up on names of the characters in TWD? It doesn't really impact on my enjoyment of the show but reading this thread I barely recognised any of the character names. I guess it's because the characters are fairly simple, there's not a great deal of in depth dialogue and many of them are short term fixtures.

I think of the cast members that I don't know the names of as extras - once you get a bit of a background they are most likely gone.

I think he has gone to be alone in his house for a while, seeing how it really needs to be in the new world might have been a little much for him.

One of my old workmates gave up on 24 after season 1 because, as he put it, "There's no way all that shit could happen in one day"!

This is what I wrote this friday, before the episode aired:

______________________
Glenn survives by sliding under the dumpster. And just wait untill the walkers go away. Enid sees him and gets him some water. He makes it back to the outskirt of Alexandria and releases the balloons.

Sasha, Abraham and Daryl do not make it back to Alexandria yet.

Carol and Denise find out about the tied up wolf.

The tower collapses, but the rest is still standing.

______________________

I also posted who the voice on the radio who said help belonged to.
But that will not be releaved until next episode.

I have many more spoilers for anyone interested.

I dont see a problem, I assume the "what happens if he walkers get in" Plan kicks in. You know the one, where they know where to go in case the wall goes down; head for the smaller, safe, secure area they put together incase of emergences. It will have a stash of food and medicine and transport so they can escape.....oh...wait....thats common sense isnt it?
