I am so glad they did it the way it was in the comics and when Carl said Dad and looked up to reveal his eye had been shot I jumped out of my seat clapping. The beginning where Darryl blew the guys up with the launcher was awesome.

Definitely one of the best episodes.”
I cheered when I saw his eye. Not because i was happy but because it followed the comic
Finally stopped sitting on their thumbs. Rocket launcher starter was great, was about to start yawning at an 'oh no another hostages scenario'. Never slowed down from there! Thank god the annoying family/romantic BS died! I'd rate that episode at an easy 17 decapitated skulls out of a burning pond.
Bah, filler episode and not enough of a body count...
...Is what I'm expecting someone to come along and say. Not me though! Couldn't see how Daryl & Co were going to escape but had forgotten the rocket launcher. It just kept the pace up from the first minute and never flagged. Even the wolf redeemed himself a little.
So happy to get rid of that awful Jessie.
And very happy that they finally showed a child being eaten.
I liked him, and felt sorry for him, but he is better dead.
We are adults, we know that it is not real, and we can take it.
I can't see how anyone could dislike this episode, but this is DS and someone will be along later complaining, probably about Glenn escaping or Enid helping or it's too unrealistic or how can you set a lake on fire or how did Carl survive or...

I agree with you, it was an amazing episode.
However, I am fully aware that others may find it not so.
And that is fine too.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.”
Indeed, I couldn't agree more.
I'm really not a fan of the 'well somebody is going to say this, that or the other so I'll be a pessimist and have a go just in case somebody does' kind of post Discuss what people do say, not what you imagine somebody may say in a while.
