I want both in the final, they have carried the show along with Jenna /Farrah and even Janice.
I think James has been tactical in his saving of Janice and his nominations. I agree that very often Austin does shout and is harsh with his words... but they deserve a place in the final imo

I cannot believe how my views on James have changed. I loved the guy when BB started and now I cannot stand him. He is just so fake dand the real nasty game playing James is coming out.
Team Austin for me - Austin has his faults but he is better guy than James |

I still like them both and both were in the wrong in different ways.
Yes Austin is a shouty oaf but he's clearly vulnerable and I can see how that betrayal would have been heartbreaking. I actually cried a bit myself when he talked about his brother. Having been bereaved myself, I know how it can be raw and damage you. |

Team James.
I can see on the forum that most think James has backstabbed Austin and that James is playing a game. I don't Austin has been unpleasant for some time now, James has seen this and has tried repeatedly to tell Austin his behaviour is wrong, Austin has not listened, I think they will be friends after the show because I don't think James will hold a grudge whether Austin does remains to be seen. |

Team neither James has been playing Austin because everyone loves a bromance, he got fed up of him and continued to be a smarmy git until he realised that Austin was a liability he's lied about both reasons for nomination, he doesn't give a shit about Chloe or Janice or anyone but himself
Austin can't talk about loyalty when he seriously would have dumped his husband of 7 years for a quickie with James, I feel sorry for him because I believe his breakdown was genuine and his pain but the way he gets angry at people is disgusting, he needs therapy not big brother |

For me it was the bit about his mother - I can see, although it is unacceptable how he spoke to her, that he is taking out his anger at his mother on Janice.

Be careful, with that kind of nuanced and considered thinking you'll be chased off the forums with pitchforks.

If I had a friend who broke down the way Austin did my first instinct would be to hug and comfort my friend, even if we had been rowing beforehand.
James seemed pretty cold when Austin was sobbing his heart out. I don't believe he cares about Austin as much as he says he does. |

Both, but I haven't chosen an option because I don't agree with the 'bad as each other' part, it's too simplistic a description.
I've wanted Austin to win for a couple of weeks now but really been disappointed by his behaviour in the last few days. I like James even though he has his faults (not talking about his past), I think he's been a good housemate overall. Of the two, had Austin not gone off the rails over the last few days, I would have been rooting for him to win all the way because he's been a great housemate overall. |

Both as bad (but more often good) as each other.
They've both been complete nincompoops the last few days. Yes I said it; nincompoops. I didn't want to get the strong language out, but I felt it necessary. ![]() James, for some reason, has his head wedged so far up Janice's rear end that he's seeing everything through her eyes. I don't know why he's lost his bottle, and making strange decisions, but he's definitely been spooked about something. Still love him though. Austin, while the pain and sadness he has is unbearable to watch, has said some inexcusable things over the last few days. He's too emotional to think straight and is taking it out on those he shouldn't do. Yes, he has been provoked, and that lot in there are hardly brilliant at dealing with someone who is having an outburst, but dude needs to chill. Still love him though. *puts plinky plonky music on* Ultimately I think both Janice and Jenna, haven't helped the situation. They've turned the boys against each other, which is just so stupid. They just both need to shut up, get in that piggin' man tub of theirs, just enjoy the time they have in there and not listen to anyone else. Except Sherrie. She's lovely. |

In this situation I'm Team James, only because Austin is terrible.
Usually though I don't give a toss about either really. |

anyone to win but austin or jenna Austin should have been thrown out tonight. The crying about his family does not wash with me - he knew he had gone too far so brought all this up as an excuse for his unforgiveable behaviour. |

I am beginning to hate James. He kept grinning while Austin was beginning to lose his temper. Just what James wanted.

Team James. Remember how Austin has been treating James for the past week. Using the C word is also unacceptable and too far - James picked up on this.
Jenna hated Austin and in the not so secret room said Austin was most fake. Austin also hated Jenna. Both fake as hell. James just has had enough of the crap and wants a quiet life. |
