I can't abide him but I did feel for him . The shock of James doing that tipped him over the edge . It's never nice to see any human being crumble .(except maybe Hitler . I know I know, Godwin's law )

That was real tears unless he been taking acting classes, he is not as conniving and fake as Janice or James. His anger is real and the tears and hurt are real as well.

Some people must have the most idillic lives. Never having to be upset or in pain. Have some f***ing empathy.

I'm sure that a lot of us have been upset or in pain throughout our lives. It doesn't excuse such disgusting behaviour though.

I feel for anyone that is hurting. Unfortunately, you can't put that hurt into anger and aim it at others.

It doesn't work like that. We all hurt at times, but I'm certain we don't direct our hurt and anger in the way Austin does.

He can't go through life acting like that.

No of course you can't. My compassion was aroused but at the same time my head was thinking 27 going on 2. It was a tantrum worthy of the terrible twos. He is grieving I get that. He is hurt and angry get that too. But at the same time he is effectively stamping his feet because it just not fair! But I still feel sorry for him

I am sure they were real. I have been bereaved as I am sure most of us have. There are stages where you do feel angry, it is bloody unfair, the pain is unbearable. But you can't go around taking it out on others and get away with that. We are socialised not to because society just can't function if everyone who feels pain or anger, in other words all of us at some time or another, went around expressing it by attacking others.

Where was Jenna when all of this was kicking off? Shouldn't she have been supporting her friend?

I don't suppose he gave a second thought how he may have possibly made Janice feel by saying what he did to her either.

Yes, he's hurting, I get that. But it was a tantamount to a tantrum I agree. I think when he heard the others saying how awful he'd just been with what he said to Janice it may have made him think of what he'd just done.

I don't like to see anyone upset, but he needs to learn that people will have compassion for him and be there for him, but not whilst he treats them like dirt.

His family history is no excuse for his behaviour, by that logic I personally should be convicted for multiple charges of Murder given people's backgrounds. That's not a license to say or do whatever you want everybody has a background. You improve with age with passing time better yourself. Become reflective of your own actions, introspect , ponder about. How he spoke to Janice was just filthy and disgusting talking about her parenting and opening her legs for people. Wonder how he'd react if Janice got personal & said the same thing about his sexuality in anger. ? He wouldn't be too happy with that would he? Then he'd be weeping real tears you don't push people to that extent

Malarkey is such an underused word.

If he was so delicate then he wouldn't have been allowed in the house.
Fake, manipulating man.

He was called out for being a bitch by all but Jenna so switched to "hurt" mode.

It made me laugh. It was so fake.
OOOer ..... not only me then.

I know I shouldn't have, but I did giggle when he said he'd "just put my Mom in jail" WTF??? Then about his family self destructing. My daughter and I just looked at each other and burst out laughing. (If anyone has a go - I'm not responding, just could't help it!)

I think he was crying because he knew he'd gone too far and had probably lost his chance at winning. Obviously he's upset about his brother but I believe he brought that in to account for his temper. He acts as a spoilt child when caught out. He said he is always either sad or angry but that's not true. When things are going his way he's happy enough. As someone else has said, he was the same when he was on his other American reality show. Can't remember the name.

He can dish it out in spades but absolutely can't take any kind of criticism. I feel he brought it on himself.

My heart went out to him. And i understand him more after tonight, having not liked him much. He's full of anger, he gets nasty with it, he lashes out, gets on a destructive roll that earns judgement from others then feels cornered and acts out even more. I could see the trajectory of that meltdown tonight. I've seen it before, in lots of people. And I totally get now why he demands loyalty and why he's so deeply wounded when he doesn't get it. His expectations of people are way too high but he's quite child-like in many ways. Poor bugger.

I do agree with all this but he is on a road to ruin. Its the sort of road that ends in gaol or substance abuse or something life threatening.I feel those who enable this like Jenna do him no favours.
ETA I hope that is the damn burst that acts as a catalyst to change - Sorry that sounded quite Janiceish I know.

As an aside shouldn't Sweet P pop up around now and announce a further failure in the BB psych testing process.
