In Scotland he would certainly be open to charge of Threatening & Abusive behaviour. It's within what's more commonly known as "breach of the peace" laws. Not sure what the equivalent is in England & Wales.

Technically, shouting at people aggressively and being abusive is a criminal offence. That's all I'm saying.

People have criminal records for similar behaviour.

Agreed. It's hilarious. Someone is also saying voting for Austin is like voting for Connor - how hysterical is that?!

Use of the C word at a woman is as bad, if not worse, than using a vile homophobic slur towards a gay person.

In my family the men would have punched the lights out of Austin for talking to or about a woman like that.

What?

Anyway what an absurd reaction. Ermagerd people are raising their voices. Fancy tuning into Big Brother and being surprised by that.

Come on, it takes a lot for the police to lose patience with all the foul-mouthed drunks they have to deal with at weekends.

But then they don't want to have to clean up all the sick in they stick them in the cells overnight.

Ok... so... from this (and the rest of his anti-Austin threads), I'm guessing the OP ain't much of an Austin fan? Amirite?

Most of the contestants over the last 15 years or so would be doing porridge if that was the case.

What a load of bollocks.

And women who get all fake outraged about the C word, while having no problems with other insult words for female and male genitalia, are well, you know what.

Hmmm, using the C word not okay!!! punching the lights out of someone for saying it is okay? Good logic
