That house has become an insane asylum!

I just finished tonight's episode, and I'm left shaking my head. I think I literally only like James at this point. I semi-like Natasha and Sherrie as well. Everyone else? Looney tunes.

Let's start with Bobby... who can't stay out of a damn thing. I applauded him for standing up for James when Jenna/Austin were ganging up on him, but he just kept on inserting himself. I also don't get why he can't leave the Stevi/Chloe/Janice situation alone. It's like in the beginning of the season how the ladies told Chloe she should be jealous so suddenly she was. Bobby basically said it would be normal for Stevi to be upset so suddenly Stevi was. That connection is so obviously fake which is why Chloe doesn't lean on Stevi for her sobriety. As nuts as Janice is I sincerely believe she cares for Chloe and her sobriety. It's probably the only real thing for her in there. Bobby needs to keep to his own, because I doubt he's going to be calling any of them up to chat when it's over either.

Next Chloe/Stevi... I can't stand Stevi. He is such a wuss. Nothing about him appears genuine. Since Chloe reeled back the crying I've liked her a lot more. She and Janice were actually cute talking about Jerry Springer in the garden. Also, anyone notice how Stevi immediately jumped for joy that they were in the finals while Chloe didn't? I think she's just as contrived as him on most things, but she just comes across better for me. Still, what a train wreck together.

Onto Sherrie... I like Nana, but she's boring, and I find it really annoying how she panders to Austin and Jenna. She was honestly the only one in there, who seems sane, that didn't call Austin up for his nasty behavior. Lost some respect for her there. She didn't have to be nasty, but I definitely think she should have done something more than stand around, and make faces.

Oh Janice... she's completely nuts, and yet extremely wily at the same time. The whole letter business was such non sense. If she didn't plan on reading she would have put it in the fire with Austin's. I can't believe she even bothered with that show, or at least if she was going to do it go all the way through. You'll see your fam in a hot second. I still like her far better than both Austin and Jenna though. She may aggravate the shit out of all of them, but she's no where near as vile and cruel as Austin is. I felt like the one genuine moment we got from her was when Chloe was mocking Jerry Springer and Sherrie/Nana. She about died laughing. I honestly think Chloe/Janice might continue their friendship in the outside world. They seem of the same feather so to speak.

Natasha... I really didn't like her in the beginning, and then she basically faded away from a while. Tonight she gained major points from me for losing her shit on Austin in such a grand way. She was absolutely disgusted by the mother comments which bothered me the most as well. Her screaming at Austin to demonstrate what it is like living with him gave me life. I just wish she hadn't bought his line of bs at the end, or acted like she did. I don't think she's actually convinced by him, tbh. She's too smart to fall for the pity me shit he pulls every time he goes out of line. Lost some points, as did James, and basically everyone out in the kitchen for hearing Austin's nasty tirade and not putting a stop to it. BB should have stepped in as well. He was verbally abusing Janice, saying awful vile things, and everyone bailed to bitch about it in the kitchen rather than stop it from happening. Even if I loathed Janice I would have told Austin to STFU, and asked him to exit the room.

The not so lovely Jenna... there's some good in her somewhere, but then the self delusion comes in, and completely blocks it out. James tries to calmly explain to her why he nommed her (which she asked), but she won't shut up long enough for him to get a word out. I loved how he dismissed her when he walked out of the room like the crazy person she was acting. Also loved that when she started yelling with her usual threats of you don't want to get me mad James was not impressed. I think she has a bit of a crush on James or simply thinks every young straight male should fantasize and worship her, and is pissed James doesn't. Later, she's out in the kitchen making excuses saying let Austin get it out, blah blah blah. Like she's cool-headed and mature... honey everyone just saw you two seconds ago. Only difference between her and Austin is she is savvy enough to know when to pull it in before she tips right over the line.

Last and certainly least Austin... If anyone has read my last post about him you know I can't stand him, and think he's a genuinely bad person. Watching tonight's episode only cemented this further for me. He's a whiny, petulant brat who screams and stops his feet while calling people c*nts when he doesn't get his way. Lovely guy. James hit the nail on the head with him, as did Bobby and Natasha. Loved Bobby calling for BB to just go ahead and evict him. What a bully he looked berating Janice while she stayed under the covers not saying a word. He gets extremely nasty and personal with her, yet she doesn't retaliate in the same hateful way. Then Natasha, Bobby and James aren't having anymore of his shit, and he tries to act all big and bad. Look how long that lasted when Natasha had his life with her outburst. His breakdown in the diary room was all about me me me once more. Why can't anyone support him or understand his pain? Only Jenna. He's absolutely a narcissistic nutcase. The majority of that house has been supportive of him, and continued to be kind to him while he made them all miserable with his nastiness. He mistakes blind following of his every whim to support. James has supported him by trying to steer him away from this path again and again. Also, I just didn't buy the DR cry session. I'm sure he cried for real because no one was licking his boots anymore, but all the 'my pain' stuff just didn't ring true. He was trying super hard to do damage control, and I hope it doesn't work. James said it to him straight and true. If he gets evicted then it's his own fault.

Oh James, who would have thought he'd be my fave? I didn't care about him at all for the first few weeks. Eye candy, nothing of substance. How wrong I was. James is an actual mature adult. He forms his own opinions, and doesn't mind standing by them. He told Austin flat out he would want a friend to call him out, and help him rather than kiss his ass. Austin could never in a million years understand that which is why James needs to drop all association once he gets out of that house. I loved even more how James simply would not rise to the obvious bait Jenna and Austin kept throwing at him. He acted like an adult and walked away. He didn't instigate. He offered to calmly talk, but didn't force it. He's a deserving winner, and after Austin's despicable rant I think the British public will be on his side completely (as Bobby said). Only deducting points, because he left Janice in that room while Austin was being so nasty. He probably decided he couldn't get into it again, but it just made me uncomfortable no one told Austin to just stop. I couldn't stand to hear someone speak like that to someone who was not fighting back.

So yeah, please get Austin and Jenna out so the final few days can be insanity free. If that means boring... give me boring. Give me more contrived Stevi jealousy of Janice. Or Bobby snickering. Give me anything but more of those two delusional bully's on my screen.

Extremely good post. Like you, I wanted someone too tell Austin to stop, that he was out of order, but they disappointed me by leaving the room.

What a great post, and fully in agreement.

My mouth fell open at Austins tirade. What a nasty piece of work, goodness only knows what his husband is thinking.

He's probably trying to find the number of a good divorce lawyer

Very good post OP - Agree with a lot of that.
I was concerned about everyone leaving Janice to Austin's verbal onslaught, mainly for her physical safety, then I remembered all the cameras. Besides Janice is a bit of a scatter gun in arguments, they never know when they might get hit by random crossfire.

Yes, I thought that too, why on earth didn't Natasha say something. I want her to win but if she had said something she might have won this show.

I think the HMs may feel that nothing stops Austin when he's like that, and that trying to can just make him worse.

BB should have called him to the DR and made it clear that he was one step from being thrown out.

What do you mean "become"? :P

It's been like this since Day 1!

I imagine the producers went out deliberately to find the most screwed up and verbally defensive idiots on the planet. It's been like a series of Jerry Springer and I've hated it.

I was hoping with Farrah gone it'd be a week of fun. I was horribly mistaken.

Brilliant post - many thanks Yep agree with most of this. James, Natasha or C&S to win (in that order) for me.

I agree with this. But then of course it suited their format UK vs USA. It ensures that it will be a UK win. I wonder how many more Brits, like John Mccririck will actually feel it is a victory. It is a joke.
