How can I share photos from Google cloud onto my phone device? It's a Sony z3. I want them on the sd card as they come from a different phone.
Thanks.

Confused as to what you mean ? I use Google photos app. On my PC I ran a background uploaded to push all my photos to the google cloud (google offer unlimited storage if you use their "high quality" compression). I can then access photos from my phone, laptop, tablet, desktop etc. I can do searches across photos and even use Google facial recognition searches (if I pretend to be american for 5 minutes and set that up).

Is that what you mean ?

Other similar options available using flickr, drop box etc but these are less clever on searches.

I have photos on google cloud from my last phone. With my new phone I can obviously access them from the cloud but they are not on the phones own photo app just ones I've taken with the new phone. I want to copy the photos from the cloud onto my new phones SD card.

OK. I see. Easy way that I see requires two apps (there are probably easier ways too)

1) google photos
2) ES file explorer

In google photos select all the photos you want (long press a photo to get multi select option).

Next press the "share" icon (like a "v" on its side).

Choose "ES save to" as the app to share it to. Then choose the location to save to (ie the SD card)

To me the benefit of the cloud is that you don't need to save them locally ....

Give it a go and come back if any steps are different on your phone
