I know she's nuts and a pro at reality television and some of the things she does may be put on for the cameras, but I don't see how she is manipulating the other housemates or being sly like people have been saying? It reminds me of when Cristian from BB16 said that if someone says something about you then people start believing it (like when people were calling him greedy.) Austin starts spouting all this BS how Janice is manipulative, worthy enough of being slashed with a whip, and now people are saying Janice is manipulative. Is this a case of hearing something said about her and then it just being repeated?

No, it is a case of watching her get the glory for sacrificing her letter and then sneaking off into the diary room to read it.

But she wasn't going to, then Big Brother said she could open it and obviously the thought of reading the letter got to her so she read it. Also, Austin was calling her names before she did that so her being called manipulative and sly can't just be based off that one thing. He doesn't like her, he had something against her, so calls her names and drags her name through the mud.

I enjoy Janice but I think it's fair to say she certainly manipulated a good few of the others into doing things for her at the start of CBB by playing the frail, old lady routine. They were packing and unpacking for her, cleaning the bath after her and cooking and doing anything she asked. Then we see her doing yoga, push-ups and putting her legs behind her head. She's not frail.

Still, she cooks bananas for Chloe now so it's all good.

I hope she stays. She's a bit dated but still good for a laugh now and then.

I agree, this 'master manipulator' tag is completely exaggerated, and is far more apt for Jenna and Austin. She plays up for the cameras (and is hilarious with it), and goes over the top in how much she loves certain people, but she isn't scheming and malicious at all, especially compared to those two.

She's not, it's another myth propagated by one or two guests on BBBOTS, Janice hardly knows what's happening most of the time. It's the same as Dexter Koh being constantly introduced as a 'master game player' on there, when, in fact, he was a dwebe with barely an ounce of personality.

The irony is that they are both the absolute opposites of their hyped reputations. Still, if people want to believe it that's up to them,

It was my comment , and you either see it or you dont, But she is obviously nowhere near as frail and in need of special consideration as people here and in the BB house seem to believe.
