Spoiler
I presume you mean the teaser about a scene being like the end of a "certain" Star Wars film with your comment about the Doctor and Missy perhaps being siblings. This is one possibility but the "certain" bit made me think of the most infamous of the films; Phantom Menace. So perhaps it is that Davros gets chopped in half like Darth Maul. This would explain him being in the Dalek chair thing. This I believe goes against previous details but then one review mentioned how some fans might be very angry so that could be why. I could be well off with that and I am not sure how Davros would survive being chopped in half but that was what sprang to mind.
”

No because it's specifically been stated its something that occurs at the end of Return of the Jedi.

So Davros becomes turns good on his death bed, then after his passing comes back as a blue ghost, smiling at the Doctor and Clara

Oh right. I only saw one set of teasers that didn't specify the film. Well that is yet another of my theories down the pan.

I suppose some kind of Vader-esque redemption moment for Davros would also get many fans irate.
Or is it that we see little teddy bears playing Dalek heads like steel drums?

Looks like a silver/blue 60s Dalek bumping its head on the dome's underside in the foreground as it's ascending.
A nod to the occasional classic Dalek bumping into set pieces or cameras?

The Supreme Dalek at 0:15 is model work? Looks like it. I wonder why when they had a full-size prop.

Well spotted! That's a nice touch.

Hope The Doctor plays his guitar to The Daleks, Would be so funny, as the Daleks look at each other while The Doctor plays guitar.

What about the Doctor saves Davros the child, Davros doesn't create the Daleks, then Davros dies happy and the shiny ghosts at the end are the child Davros, or a not disfigured adult Davros and a smiling 4th Doctor who now won't have to make that decision in Genisis Of The Daleks. Could preventing the creation of the Daleks be the thing that will split fandom? Until the finale when the Doctor needs the Daleks to save the universe, I'd guess.

Or, he creates them but instead of being psychopathic murderers they are benevolent and full of fun.

Part of me would like to see that.

That actually seems fairly reasonable. I wouldn't be surprised if the twist is that Davros recants on his death bed.
Not sure about a smiling ghost appearing, but you honestly never know.

Will The Doctor be walking around while Davros is talking?

Great

The Doctor could be doing a different activity, every time Davros stops talking.

I will be somewhat disappointed if 'Just call me Dav' doesn't get his strength back and then goes on an massive rant. If you have Davros in the show then a rant is a must. It's the law.

Big Davros and Little Davros

Good that they have Dalek bobbles included on the poster.

I'll be disappointed if the boy doesn't tell The Doctor that his name is Dave Ross.

I just saw two pics from a BBC America version of the episode show up - apparently it has leaked out there somehow. So I'll abandon ship and see you after the ep... if you're not watching Rugby

Not when all the incarnations are the same Doctor, and he is still alive.

In actual fact, thinking about it further, not only would genesis never happen in the first place, but the Doctor's history right from the very second episode would be very different and the 4th Doctor , or any other incarnation as we know them could and would likely be very different.

Plus, it's not like they'd ever actually really erase the Daleks.
