EE: What do you think Jane will reveal to the court?
A popular theory has been that Jane could lie and reveal that she was sleeping with Max on the night of Lucy's death, however a preview of Thursday's episode has revealed a bit more information.
I'd find it a bit weird if she does reveal that she slept with Max especially since Max also slept with Jane's more-or-less daughter a few days before her death. In court it was already said that Max probably slept with lots of women since he was unloved. If you pause at a shot of Jane's letter, you can see that she wrote to him:
Spoiler
Here is the clip: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/arti...-and-catch-ups So has your theory on what Jane might say been changed? It was pretty risky writing that in a letter (and giving it to Lauren expecting her not to open it) incase someone else stumbled on across it. It's obvious that Jane won't reveal the Bobby secret but what do you want her to say her alibi for Max is? |

That she hauled a lifeless body into a car where there was a house party and then drove past several hospitals to dump her step daughter in the cold, barren woods

That she really has a Scottish accent.
That she misses Waterloo Road on the telly. That she is confused about the new Denny (if that is even a name!!!) That she'll vote for Jeremy Corbyn in 2020 |

She'll blab about who stole the post, bringing EE's longest running and most intriguing plot line to a close.

Jane will reveal that she returned home to find Lucy lying on the floor in an apparent lifeless state with a music box by her side.
There was no blood and there was no rigor mortis, so it was easy for Jane to lift her step daughter up and throw her in the boot banging Lucy's head in the process. She then drove her to the woods and then lifted Lucy out of the car easily as again no rigor mortis had set in. She then carried her step daughter into the woods and threw her on to the ground where her head hit a rock. Jane accepts that Lucy was probably still alive, and was probably just knocked unconscious by bobby. She also accepts that she has no medical training and so she couldn't say whether Lucy was dead or just unconscious. Jane accepts that she may have in fact killed Lucy when she threw Lucy onto the ground in the woods where her head hit a rock. She also accepts that if she had immediately called an ambulance Lucy might still be alive today. |
