Surely his behaviour does define him and his language towards women is not just mere words but an attack upon them. He has been cruel and nasty and that is what defines him.

No one's excusing Austin's language. I personally think it is totally unnecessary to ever use those words. He's not the only one though. Janice certainly doesn't have an innocent mouth on her and Natasha threw quite a few choice phrases in Farrah's direction. I just don't understand why Austin's bad language makes him an awful person, but not the rest of the housemates who swear at other people during arguments.
