Even if Austin annoyed him, he's still spent a month in his bed, playfighting, horseplaying and being brothers inside the house. Think that nominating him was completely unnecessary. I've had fights with my friends before but at the end, despite your differences, you stick up for him.

You might blank them, you might give them a piece of your mind for a few days, but James was happy to throw his so-called mate under a bus. That was taking it too far and I think Austin still feels hurt by that and is somewhat in denial too.

True. He has been passive and encouraged every come on

True.

Booby got cheers tonight granted but Austin also got boo's & it has been proven time & time again, Rent a crowd is not any kind of indicator who is or isn't going to win!

I know how tragic

How is poor Chloe ever going to cope?

You can't fake that sympathetic, natural funny banter.

The number of people that seem to think James is some incredible, hugely talented, machiavellian supergenius, amazes me. He's not that clever.”

I wouldn't use the words, Talented, Super genius, clever, James is very easy to work out hence the reason so many fans are turning their backs on this fake!

No I agree nothing wrong with that at all & everyone of them are playing the game!

I don't think Austin has done anything wrong flirting isn't a crime whether your married or not!

Sorry but I disagree...if one of my best friends spoke to a person like that I would be disgusted with them.

I don't know what her agenda is. But that's an incredibly calculated thing to say. Especially as we've SEEN how Austin and Jenna treated James, and Natasha said that Austin was ALWAYS having a go at him.

To say that it was all about winning smacks of calculation on her part. Sherrie can't even give James any other possible reason.

Perhaps she herself really hates Janice and it's blinding her to having some more circumspect view, perhaps she thinks Austin and Jenna are massively popular and she is aligning herself with them. Perhaps she's a fool, or a combination of any of the above.

It's ghastly simplistic to say 'it's all about winning'. If it is AT ALL, it's only a very small part, nomming Austin was very risky indeed, not something a gameplayer would have done in my opinion.

Someone said "that's why they are turning back on this fake"

Actually James' support has been very robust in the last 2 weeks. In fact last night, the general feeling online is that even though it was a rash decision in theory, Austin deserved the nomination from James due to his behaviour.

You mean the woman that opened her mouth an hour before the final eviction when she knew the Vote to Win vote would start?

To be honest, those people 'disgusted' by James nomming Austin, themselves may have many agendas.

And/or they have a rather one dimensional view of 'friendship' which is dominated by some idea of blind loyalty, even is such 'friends' treat you like crap.

Odd, but some seem to espouse this, at least in theory.

If I had a friend who treated me like crap they wouldn't be my friend. I wouldn't sleep with them or cuddle them or swim naked with them or dry up them or do all those other brother,y things either

I've had cataclysmic rows with friends of many years standing, and recovered and kept them.

Brothers typically often have serious rows and make up.

But the problem here is, it wasn't because Austin was treating James badly that he nominated him. It was "supposedly" because Austin said things he didn't agree with. Had he been honest and said he was nominating him because he thought Austin being evicted would give him a better chance to win the game, I wouldn't think that there was any problem with it. But jumping on his moral high-horse was despicable.

If Austin "said" things that offended James. James should have addressed that at the time, and told him he disapproved. Or tell him to stop saying those things. But he didn't.

I think it was an absolutely lousy thing for a friend to do.

But I really don't care. Because I don't think they're friends. I think both of them were just looking for air time and a story line. They got it. Congratulations. The fakes made it to the final.

On LF we see a different James. Like last night for example, they were having a laugh and a quite funny conversation in the toilet. When James was in the living area with Austin and Jenna, he was saying/joking about meeting Austin in the shower early in the morning but that he would let Austin only put the tip in, and so it went on. I wish the producers would show what James does and not just Austin.

I'm not saying James isn't fond of Austin but I do think he'd rather get him out of the way for fear that he'd split his own vote and he used Austin's volatility as an excuse.

Austin's been a hothead and a loud-mouth since the series started. If James had such a big problem with it he could have nominated him from day 1.”

Oh yes I 100% agree with you here! I think that James did want the competition out for sure and mainly because he does think it will split their vote! I think that James also thinks that Austin is his main competition too and he nominated him tactically without a doubt!

The way things are going, I would think that James would think Chloe/Stevie are his greatest competition. Isn't that why some people have been saying he saved Janice on Friday, to ingratiate himself?

They've managed to remain in that house as long as he has, as has Natasha of course. I don't see how he would think that Austin is is ONLY main competition. The other 3 from the Top 4 on Friday would surely all be his main competition?
