Whatever happened, BOTS itself tries to encourage conflict between people on this show. If it wasn't Aisleyne it would be somebody else at some point.
Not to mention the calibre of celebrities they invite on. For example you wouldn't get this happening on other celebrity shows such as Strictly Come Dancing. Other TV shows seem to have more control over what they're doing and simply wouldn't allow things to get anywhere near this stage. They certainly wouldn't encourage it.
