Neither...

... but if Aisleyne threw wine (the liquid not the glass) and it hit Farrah ..then that is still assault (you can be arrested and convicted for it).

Of course if Farrah threw a glass in retaliation and it injured someone, then that's assault of a worse kind.

Still, the initial blame would have to go to Aisleyne for starting the physical altercation by throwing the wine. Whoever makes the first physical attack has to take the brunt of the blame IMO.

I definitely prefer aislene to Farrah but as we have no idea who actually did what we are not really in a position to support anyone involved.

Neither - they are both basically trailer trash.

Was a supporter of Aisleyne - but this gangster crap is getting tiresome.

Farrah has an electric non stop gob on her and no one will break down the barriers she has put up. I do think that although she has said some mean stuff, but if someone (like James) speaks to her quietly on a level then she might let you in, she certainly did with Jenna - but when anyone attacks her then god help you.

She was provoked by Trash last night, just like she was with Jordan - i didn't like it but that is the way BB is now - the producers think we want to see this contravention.

Sad times - BB is going down the pan

Oh my goodness, how can you be team Farrah, she's nothing but a nasty, vile bitch and I would never condone her or Aisleynes bad behaviour. I am team nobody when it comes to their disgusting behaviour! Farrah is just a childish little girl who needs to grow up and show some manners and Aisleyne needs to stop showing her aggressive side too! They should both be ashamed of their behaviour and anybody that condones it too!

They're both idiots. I'm team Janice for bravely trying to protect Vicki.

They also failed in their duty to protect the people taking part in the show.
For this reason alone they have probably broken TV broadcasting rules and regulations. For the show creators to literally provoke and instigate the situation and then lose control suggests to me that they aren't fit to broadcast a television show.

They also put themselves into a situation where somebody could have definitely been injured, and also left Channel 5 open to legal problems should anyone have decided to sue them.

Banning Aisleyne or Farrah from the show would do absolutely nothing to change the framework which deliberately set the conditions which allowed this incident to happen in the first place. It could just as likely happen again with different people.
You can blame Farrah, you can blame Aisleyne, makes no difference. BOTS made this happen. They tried to set up the perfect environment where it was likely to happen. Now that it has they have to take responsibility for what happened.
They're all for pointing out the moral flaws in various housemates, but now the finger is pointing directly at them for their own moral shortcomings.”

The problem is that it ends up giving all the blame to the people who make BOTS: "BOTS made this happen". No, BOTS did not make it happen. The HMs involved were responsible for their own behaviour; they made it a violent confrontation, not BOTS.

And while it's true that banning Aisleyne or Farrah wouldn't change the framework, it's not true that it could just as likely happen with different people. The great majority of HMs would not behave that way.

But there's plenty of blame to go around. I'd start with the people who picked Farrah and Jenna as housemates and the ones who invited Aisleyne to appear on BOTS knowing -- and probably even because of -- what she'd tweeted about Farrah and wanting to thrown champaign at her.
