Not if the retaliation is disproportionate to the original act. Hypothetical - if Aisleyne threw water over Farrah and Farrah retaliated by hitting Aisleyne over the head with a chair, could you really say that Farrah wasn't more in the wrong?
But it was more likely it was a glass, not just the water in the glass.

I'm not certain whether it was a glass or just the liquid. I was just disagreeing with the idea that the attacker is always more in the wrong than the person who retaliates and used a hypothetical that proves that isn't always the case. If Aisleyne was violent to begin with, however, then that changes things.

Well she's got a f'kin nerve !

She hijacks the show under the delusion that what 'the public' want is to see her go all gangsta on the show 'baddie'

The evicted housemates lose their deserved moment in the spotlight, and we, who were interested in their input, were cheated by that stupid woman's antics

To top it off, the live feed extra hour is cancelled !

And she tweets her 'thanks' !

Remember Farrah's whole attitude and body language when she went on the panel, she was smiling, talking about going shopping in London...she seemed in a happy mood....until Aisleyne needlessly started on her.

The whole incident would not have happened if Aisleyne played nicely...surely the blame rests with Aisleyne.

You're tired?
Well thanks for ruining the show Aisleyne. We really appreciate you stealing the limelight, getting the show chopped by 12 minutes at the end and making us miss out on the two evictees input.

Somehow I don't think you'll ever have the problem of getting tired from an evening's work on BOTS again.

I've found Farrah to be be quite pleasant post BB where she hasn't been prodded of course, and they know she gets her back up and gets defensive easily.

The only version I've seen on Twitter from someone who even claims to have been there (before deleting the tweet and protecting their account) suggested Aisleyne threw the contents of her glass only and Farrah threw two glasses back.

I'm mostly interested in who first threw an object, whether it was a glass, chair or whatever. People have been claiming it was Aisleyne or Farrah or Janice...
God I hate Twitter.

Presumably everyone involved has been warned off tweeting stuff until the dust settles.

Glad no one seems to have been seriously injured.

Interesting.....Vicki is blaming Aisleyne or injuring her, not Farrah.

It's obvious we'll never see that chav Aisleyne on anything BB related again. She (allegedly) assaulted a guest resulting in their hospitalisation.
That second bit is Helen's comical addition to Vicki's original tweet.

Farrah was pleasant on opening night in the house, before Natasha got her claws into her and lied about Farrah being a sore loser in that task where the TV evidence suggested nothing of the sort.

This whole show has been rigged to get at Farrah.

And Vicky Michelle's Tweet says the same thing...and she was there so her "interpretation" should be trusted.

From the footage i've seen, it looks like aisleyne probably didn't just throw the glass at farrah. it's possible she got up out of her seat and went over to attack farrah physically, and maybe farrah threw the chair in reaction because she anticipated violence from aisleyne. who knows? it would have a natural reaction to someone who is about to do you harm, to maybe throw an obstacle in her way.
