I suspect BB has bamboozled them.

She actually had a prime spot in the audience. Rylan stood slightly off to the side in front of her so she found her way into many shots.

Naturally you can understand why she wouldn't want to lose this star-making opportunity viewed by an audience of thousands.

Not so much for legal reasons but a lot of that audience are regulars and probably don't want to be banned if they speak out.

When asked who was at fault she says 'easy answer Aisleyne'

BOTS will have told them. They may leave themselves potentially open to legal problems if they say anything which may be problematic until the dust has settled. Which is very possible if the audience is made up of fans who like one housemate over another.

Or at least that's the sort of thing they will have probably been told by BOTS.

Maybe the matter is under criminal investigation and the potential witnesses are required to remain silent until it is decided if charges are to be brought.

If it is to go to court any witness statements aired on a pubic platform may be considered as influencing the jury and the case being thrown out of court. The police will have told all witnesses this if they did attend.

Screw it, i would say it anyway if i was them. I very much doubt much is going to come of this. It will blow over and be forgotten about very quickly.

The fact that there havent been several new accounts spring up on twitter and tell the whole tale suggests it was a storm in a teacup and not that much of a big deal.

Yep diesels, if it's a case of possible assault folk would be very stupid to air opinions (which could later be declared slander or libel) on a social media platform.

I would probably agree with another poster that charges of assault may be brought and as such it cannot be commented on but I wish I was a fly on the wall. I lay all the blame with channel 5 as they knew this would be explosive and brought Aisleyne in purposely for that reason. They cannot then act as if it was a shock to them. Its like fight night all over again. Did anyone notice by the way that just before it was taken off as they started to kick off Jenna looked scared. She's full of the big "I am" but only likes to load bullets for Farrah, not get involved in this mayhem
