A CBB source revealed the violent altercation was so extreme Farrah and Jenna were forcibly removed from the studio by security.

They exclusively told Mirror Online: "Farrah just went for Aisleyne, it was incredible. Aisleyne didn't throw her glass, she just chucked the wine at her but Farrah flipped."

The source continued, revealing more details, saying: "Then Jenna got involved and security rushed in. Janice picked up a chair and attempted to block off Farrah - it was out of control.

"In the middle of all of this poor Vicki was hit on the arm by some flying glass. I just couldn't believe it was happening.

"Some of the blame has to be down to the producers who were rubbing up every pannellist so they went onstage spoiling for a fight."

Janice Dickinson threw a CHAIR during the Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On the Side row on Tuesday night.

But, according to her spokesperson, it saved Allo Allo star Vicki Michelle from being hurt even further.

The world's first supermodel - who was evicted from the main Channel 5 reality show earlier on in the night - hurled a chair after a brawl broke out on set of the companion show.

It came after Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, who was embroiled in a furious row with Farrah Abraham, reportedly threw a glass and Vicki got caught in the crossfire.

The star's injuries were so bad she had to be taken to hospital.

However, things could have been even more volatile if it wasn't for Janice, her rep tells Mirror TV.

Audience members on Twitter claim that Aisleyne threw her glass at Farrah before a fight erupted in the studio.

You could see what could potentially happen with "Jerrah" and Aisleyne on the same show.

Disgusting behaviour from supposedly mature women.

I see her sfent is going for the James defence. Apparently she threw it in order to protect the vulnerable. Very noble.

How can throwing a chair prevent an altercation escalating?

Knock out the opposition. That would end a fight.

Or perhaps it fell into either Farrah's or Aisleyne's mouth to stop them arguing?

Are you seriously asking this?! It's not excused, it's just not as serious. Glass can kill, wine in the face can't.

Say a guy goes into court - 'Oh my girlfriend threw a glass of wine at me, so I GLASSED her best friend'... yeah, not the best defence is it?

Thank goodness for someone with some sense on here, thank you AEnima ! I can't believe that people are saying that Farrah had reason to do what she did, a bit of liquid in the face does NOT condone throwing a glass at someone and trying to get into a physical fight !! I really can't believe what I read on here sometimes, no wonder the program has descended to the level it has when they have producers trying to feed the appetite of the type of people that think this sort of thing is ok, or can be defended !

Glass can kill and it's a foolish thing to throw......but it's also pretty disingenuous to equate throwing a glass object at someone to GLASSING someone (the act of taking a glass item , smashing it and using the remaining shard as a knife like item which you intend to use to cut/stab someone).

Technically Aisleyne started a physical fight the second she threw wine at Farrah (an act deemed as an assault by the law, which can lead to a criminal conviction.).

If the roles had been reversed and Farrah had assaulted Aisleyne by throwing wine at her ....I'd imagine her response would have been very similar to Farrah's. Neither seem the type who'd go get a roll of Plenty to wipe themselves off and then politely stay seated after they'd been assaulted in such a manner.

It was enough to injure someone so they needed medical treatment, that makes it more serious than just throwing wine at someone, which was the point I was making.

I don't think it should be excused - it is clearly a provocative and aggressive act.

But, a fairly small amount of liquid is not going to hurt somebody. A solid object, especially one that could easily break such as a glass could hurt somebody quite seriously.

That's the difference.

But frankly, in this case, i think they are as bad as each other.

Janice gave Farrah a Rock Bottom through a table to diffuse the situation.
