Bear in mind that Aisleyne writes a BB blog for the Mirror so their 'source' is probably Aisleyne herself

As I said, I'll wait now to see if any details come out. Other sources are reporting similar to be fair.

I don't agree you are largely responsible for what happens next if you provoke someone, that's ridiculous and no court would take this argument seriously. They may consider provocation, but the response has to be considered, and where do you draw the line with your argument anyway? There would be no line and you'd have people trying to justify terrible actions on little provocations.”

Well we all haves lines. Personally if I went up to a bloke in a pub and threw a glass of wine in his face and he punched me....I'd say I deserved it. If he then tried to run me over with his car outside, I'd say he should be locked up.

If I threw a glass of wine in a woman's face ....I can't say I'd be surprised if she threw the an object at me (be it a glass, an ashtray,a pepper grinder.. or whatever was next to her at the time)..
..on the flipside if she smashed her glass and tried to use it as a blade to gouge my eyes out, I'd say she had serious issues and should be locked up.

..but then..I've never been the sort of person to deliberately throw a glass of wine in someone's face (few people are surely?) ..so the scenario won't ever happen.

you cant see the point i was making!!
who said throwing a glass was ok?..i certainly never did!!...i wish to God people would for once reply to me if they are challenging what iv said without assuming things ive said, read what ive put and comprehend it, not twist what ive said to suit their point or put put words in my mouth!!

What if a woman threw a glass of wine at you? Would you punch her in the face, or find it acceptable if another guy did it? It is interesting isn't it? How society works and what we consider acceptable in which situations. To be honest, I can't really disagree with anything you say here, you make some good points.

Well, If we're talking about me then I likely would just go for a roll of Plenty paper towels and wipe myself off ..be it a woman or a man doing the wine throwing (but I'd be seething underneath and wishing the person who did it got scabies).

..but I realise lots of people in this world aren't quite so placid/as able to walk away from such an event, hence why I couldn't blame them for an elevated response.

I'd say the maximum response for a bloke in regards to wine throwing from a women.. would probably be to throw your pint over her and then just say "equal rights".

I think the only possible time I could ever see myself punching a women is if she was coming at me with weapon that could easily cause me serious harm like a knife/chainsaw..and she clearly had stabbing/cutting on her mind..

...although to be honest I'm a pretty fast runner so given the option I'd probably run away in the knowledge she wouldn't be able to catch-up.

No it isn't alright at all producers have a lot to answer for on this one.

Ash stated on her twitter she would throw champagne over Farrah & that is just what she did.
Its called premeditated so Ash hasn't got a leg to stand on

What a complete embarrassment Ash has turned into? , BB tried this in the summer with Helen wood. Only Helen has far more Intelligence than to fall for Ash pathetic attempt to wind her up!

Farrah had every right to defend herself as would anyone if someone attacked them!

Ash really should "know herself little girl" Because this isn't how a sensible adult behaves!

I have doubts Ash simply threw wine, she was way too far away from Farah for that to be vivable. I'm more inclined to believe the reports of Ash throwing her glass. Ash was clearly the instigator here, at the poducers behest of course, but Ash definitely started the ruckus. Farah was the victim of an assault and only reacted defensively.

Technically Aisleyne started a physical fight the second she threw wine at Farrah (an act deemed as an assault by the law, which can lead to a criminal conviction.).

If the roles had been reversed and Farrah had assaulted Aisleyne by throwing wine at her ....I'd imagine her response would have been very similar to Farrah's. Neither seem the type who'd go get a roll of Plenty to wipe themselves off and then politely stay seated after they'd been assaulted in such a manner.”

Agreeing with you.
Aisleyne started it and I hope that Farah take legal action against her.
As for what I saw....Aisleyne was very rude throughout and just wouldn't let her respond to the questions being ask by Rylan.....
Well Farrah start clapping her hand and that got to her.......
Aisleyne had this planned as Nichola was taken to the cleaners by Farrah the other nigh.
Who give Aisleyne the right to throw wine...water or anything at her or anyone ?
Well if it was me she would have gone home without that hand.

They won't though. They'll get away without any serious consequences, like usual.

People scream and yell about BGT having a dog act where which dog it was performing wasn't splashed on the screen. Meanwhile something truly serious like this? I bet they don't get half as mad (and they should be far madder).

Same here. I find it hard to believe that Janice would have taken part in a violent altercation other than defending herself.

Yes I agree with you 100% regarding BGT & this situation now!

Not so sure BB will this time it was different during bb 5 in the respect of Emma just went away quietly,

Can't see Farrah just walking away especially knowing BB must have known what Ash had put on her twitter prior to last night in defence of Nicola M,
BB set this up & if they end up paying the price then I have no sympathy for them on this!

This goes way beyond entertainment when producers of a show are encouraging violence!

Where did I leave my knitting? " guillotine"

People trying to put any of this on 60 year old twig-like Janice need to reality check. She is not the hulk. If she was going to get violent she would have attacked Austin in the house. Definitely sounds like she more pushed the chair in front of Farrah to block off further contact, and in the process helped shield Vicky. I doubt Janice was trying to be a hero, but was more in self preservation mode. I'd grab the nearest object as a shield too.

As for Ais and Farrah... come on. They're both in the wrong. Legally Ais did start a physical altercation whether she threw the entire glass or just the liquid. The fact that Vicky seems to have been cut my glass though suggests someone did throw a glass. It could have been Ais the first time or Farrah throwing her glass back in retaliation. Either way they could both face criminal charges if any of them are inclined to press them. This includes Ais, Farrah, Vicky, Janice, Jenna and Rylan if he did indeed enter the fray.

I blame the producers first and foremost for purposefully creating a volatile situation with clearly unstable individuals. Didn't Ais try to get physical and have to be restrained in the last BB she was on? Farrah is also unstable, and they seemed to determined to provoke her since she provides so much entertainment value for them, but how dumb doing that with Jenna 'I will cut you Jameson' there as back up and confidence. It would have been a miracle if it didn't kick off. Still no excuses, and to me first blame goes to Ais and then to Farrah for not controlling herself. Jenna and Janice were pulled into a situation they did not create. Poor Vicky though man.

Exactly she entitles herself the ghetto princess. She is an embarrassment and needs to cut out alcohol. All this behaviour is attention seeking to try to get some press. If she had no problem with Mike Tyson a convicted rapist why does she have one with a mouthy American. Who is she to judge Farrah with her past. I dislike Farrah but Ash is no better.
