Well we all haves lines. Personally if I went up to a bloke in a pub and threw a glass of wine in his face and he punched me....I'd say I deserved it. If he then tried to run me over with his car outside, I'd say he should be locked up.
If I threw a glass of wine in a woman's face ....I can't say I'd be surprised if she threw the an object at me (be it a glass, an ashtray,a pepper grinder.. or whatever was next to her at the time)..
..on the flipside if she smashed her glass and tried to use it as a blade to gouge my eyes out, I'd say she had serious issues and should be locked up.
..but then..I've never been the sort of person to deliberately throw a glass of wine in someone's face (few people are surely?) ..so the scenario won't ever happen.
