and Jenna has tweeted that Janice was slinging chairs .

So Aisleyne, Farrah and Janice are all guilty of assault .
Vicki says that Janice was protecting her.

Jenna hated Janice so wouldn't be surprised if she made up some BS to make her look bad. Makes no sense for Janice to start attacking Farrah or anyone really. She was most likely trying to restrain her.

She does not call herself 'ghetto girl' though does she?
I have no idea what she calls herself now - probably a BB legend, as some people seem to think of her. However there is no need to take umbrage at Vesna for calling her "ghetto girl" as she herself has said she was a ghetto girl.

More serious yes..but you also have to say her wrongdoing was a kneejerk reaction of anger in response to a pre-meditated assault by Aisleyne. A kneejerk reaction of anger to an attack on your person...is clearly always going to be more ill thought out/dangerous than a pre-planned attack.

I've always been a strong believer that if you throw the first punch (as it appears Aisleyne did by throwing the wine) you are largely responsible for what happens next (that's not to say you'll deserve what happens next...but you will be responsible for creating the situation).
Only ash didn't throw a punch did she? Throwing liquid in someone's direction (they were sitting so far apart it was never going to land) does no harm whatsoever. Throwing glass is a different thing altogether, and it led to someone being hurt.

No. Starting a fight led to people getting hurt and Auslyn did that. Once you start s physical confrontation then you can't predict how it will end. She and BB - the ones who pre-planned and encouraged the confrontation are most responsible.

They could charge Aisleyne, Farrah & Janice with Affray:

A fight between two or more people in a place where members of the general public are present (for example in a public house, discotheque, restaurant or street) with a level of violence such as would put them in substantial fear (as opposed to passing concern) for their safety (even though the fighting is not directed towards them);

Indiscriminate throwing of objects directed towards a group of people in circumstances where serious injury is or is likely to be caused;

None of that would have happened if 'gangsta' Aisleyne hadn't been on the panel

We all know it

Everyone is responsible for their own actions. Ash did what she did, I think she thought she was being clever putting Farrah in her place. Farrah chose to throw glasses and she knows as well as everyone else how dangerous that is. People can be killed by flying glass. I don't know how the two things equate at all. Ash is not responsible for what Farrah did. Not excusing ash though. She needs a lesson in dignity.

Vicki says that Janice was protecting her.
Vicki also wants to give the impression that Aisleyne“s initial act of aggression, throwing the champagne, as pantomine, something you do on reality tv for show. But for that to be fact Farrah would have to be in on it. The manner in which she retaliated was too primal for this to be anything but real aggression.

Jenna hated Janice so wouldn't be surprised if she made up some BS to make her look bad. Makes no sense for Janice to start attacking Farrah or anyone really. She was most likely trying to restrain her.
Janice has consistently taken the side of the Brits in any battle. And she gets a bit wild in doing so. On the flip side we also saw Farrrah's reaction to the push that led to that flip flop melt down in the DR. Not seeing the footage but with the knowledge of their past behaviour I think it's likely Janice used the chair forcefully to try to hold Farrah back from Aisleyne. In the process it hurt Farrah ( two highly charged emotional forces trying pushing against each other is going to hurt).

Vicki also mentions in the interview she was trying to hold Aisleyne back. That's likely when she got hit in the head as Farrah would have been aiming for Aisleyne and Vicki, by trying to restrain Aisleyne, got in the way.

So both women were lunging for each other in anger. But there is no way any of this would have happened had Aisleyne not thrown that drink. Farrah would have just done what she always does, talk over them and not listen. Dumping your drink on someone is an act of aggression and Aisleyne meant it to be. She got physical first and given the hostility present between them that night you'd have to be an idiot to think it would stop with that. Emotions too hot and high for any rational outcome once Aisleyne got physical, especially with the personalities involved on that panel.

Shame about Vicki but she should have just wheeled her chair away and let the rest battle it out. She got too cozy with Aisleyne per-show and got sucked into her battle.
