I find it rather disturbing that its the female viewers willing this fake 'bromance/romance'
Ive noticed a trend with female viewers who seem to be obsessed with gay storylines, gay characters and homosexual undertones. Its almost as if they get off on it. Im gay before you start, but the constant focus of James sexuality and Austins relentless pursuit is just mind numbing and draining. Neither of these two should win Natasha needs to take the crown it's like how a few years ago the female housemates used to always claim they were bisexual in their vts and start snogging each other in games of truth and dare |

Can we have that in English, for those of us who aren't quite so 'street'. ![]() RE the OP, I agree completely. I've been nauseous at the fawning over the bromance from the get-go. The hypocrisy of this place is quite astounding. Austin is married; yet women who have flirted with men who might or might not have had a girlfriend are CRUCIFIED on here. James, though, the ear-biting thug, is a saint. Austin flirting with James isn't threatening anyone's relationship, because everyone's aware consumation of it is never going to happen. A straight married woman flirting with a gay man, for instance, is treated in exactly the same ways as this - just playfulness. Quote:
I hear ya. I can't be doing with the 'I spend three hours a day at the gym and still talk like a 14 year old girl' type of male physique. Give me a gruff man with shovel-like hands manhandling me out of the way so he can change my spare tyre with his spare hand any day of the week. ![]() |

This goes for the OP's post too, how can you possibly know that is mainly women There's already been a couple of straight men on this thread debunking that and I'm sure some gay men are interested too. As for Natasha winning What on earth has that got to do with it? Hmm is this just a Natasha FTW thread dressed up as something else

If there is a homoerotic element to this I am afraid it is passing me by. Maybe because I am a heterosexual woman I am just not picking up the cues .I guess I don't have the points of reference to assess male interactions. All I am seeing is young men having some banter and a laugh of the type that I would interpret as locker room or school dorm joshing about.
