No, Pasha deservedly got the older, less capable contestant this year, and we all expect that she'll be out fairly soon. And that's a good thing because although I like Carol, the dead wood needs to be cut out early on.

to me potentially the best are:

Peter Andre, a male ringer this year

Georgia May Foote, I fancy her just like Lewismac does

Kellie Bright , maybe if she can train properly, and doesn't become a Ashley Taylor Dawson with filming schedule.

Jay McGuiness ( if he controls his nerves.

I'm a full on 100% Pasha fan but I wouldn't vote to keep him & Carol in if I felt there were others who danced better.

So no, I don't think Pasha will be anywhere near the semi finals this year

I'll be supporting Carol every week until her exit (similar to my support of Judy Murray last year ). She is a lovely woman and is very popular; I can see her getting to Blackpool, maybe even 1 or 2 weeks beyond. But the earliest I see her being eliminated is week four.

All young, attractive and (on paper) contenders. He is made three finals and won once. About time he got one of the older ladies.

I am sure she is very popular, amongst some, but she has no natural dance ability at all and is clearly neurotic and rather silly with it. I very much doubt she'll make Blackpool.

On the other hand if you support someone one because you like them (i.e. Judy - zero talent, nice woman) - and the actual dancing is of no interest whatsoever, then I am sure you will enjoy her short run.

I do hope she stops wittering and making terrible remarks to Pasha during training which must fill him with exasperation and despair.

Judy made Blackpool last year and was not a great dancer, so why can't Carol? Dave Myers made it to week seven, Ann Widdecombe to the quarter final etc. I don't see why Carol can't make it fairly far even if she is a bad dancer?

And I do like Pasha.

All I had to do was watch the training videos and, since I have years of dance training behind me and was once a dance teacher - I can tell what ability someone has, very quickly.

Judy and Widdy made Blackpool because thy were both 'comedy turns' in the end. -as did Dave, even though he himself thought it was wrong. Judy was also a very nice woman. Carol simply does not have their distinct personalities, nor is she funny.
