bush tv internet boxes

just a quick question on these - my brother-in-law has one, and sometimes uses the tesco home shopping - but recently he's been getting cookie related error messages and hasn't been able to log on.

not sure what it is, but my only guess is that the available cache in the box has gotten full with temp stuff like cookies, and so is unable to accept anymore.

any ideas?

I've got one of these in the loft, not tried it for ages
