Corrie: Is he really dead?
I was waiting for Callum to rise up and grab someone.
Maybe in the next episode he'll be banging on the manhole cover. ![]() From within. ![]() If he is dead, I thought it was a bit of a weak ending. Only around 12 minutes into the episode. He lay on the floor for the rest off the episode. All in all though, I really enjoyed the live show. Much better and more complex than I thought it would be. And it knocked spots of EE's live bit. |

I wondered that too at first, but judging by him being bound up and wrapped in a duvet cover then buried under the conversion, I would guess he is dead! But who knows in soapland! Brilliant live ep.

He got whacked on the head, bled copiously, smothered in a single duvet cover and chucked down a hole which was then locked closed. If he isn't dead, he's jesus.

Callum grabbing one of them would've made it even more similar to the storyline with Dirty Den... there's no way he'd be able to keep still for that long if he were alive.
You could see him breathing as normal but then we saw that when Vera died as well... it's not easy to disguise. |

Kylie should be arrested for murder / manslaughter and her husband and sister-in-law for accessory after the fact, I think it would be called; also, Tony and Todd for stealing and torching Callum's car. |

Yeah he is dead.
http://metro.co.uk/2015/09/23/callum...-hard-5404878/ I wish I knew he was really dead as he was laying on the floor. I don't think it was definite enough. |

What happened ? |

What happened ? I was expecting Callum to go in a dramatic scene. The only explosion was an empty car. |

I think that if he wasn't dead, then the ending would have been a shot of him waking up or opening the cover. (first time seeing a full Corrie episode
)

I'm hoping to see David open the manhole cover and find callums not there.

Me too. It would be a great twist and a great surprise in a soapland where surprises are rare.
Callum might take the opportunity for Denton to think he is dead and then leave the country. Poor little Max won't have to be told his real Dad is dead. And we'd have to have Callum's funeral and all that. And what about Gemma. I liked her, I thought she was good... |
