I thought Helen Worth was supposed to be appearing tonight?

She's with the kids at Audrey's.

It's a shame she wasn't involved because Helen would have been amazing, but I really hope this is a storyline that ultimately gets to bring Gail back from the clouds and down to earth - her kids are going to need her.

I wish they'd involved Nick because it would have involved all of Gail's kids - but never mind.

Fantastic anyway.

She definitely wasn't part of the 50th or the one from 2000; so maybe she just doesnt want to run the risk of cocking it up! I don't blame her! I'd be terrified.

It's a shame, as her absence was felt I thought. It doesn't feel quite right the three Platts covering up the murder without Gail involved.

A shame shes missed out on all three lives, but I think ultimatley it matters more what they do with the Gail character next with a new producer coming in, I want to see Gail stop her simpering and regain her old bold matriachal persona.

She will probably appear on Friday acting like a buffoon.

Seriously, I did miss her tonight. The writing for her has been awful for ages but I really feel she could've added something here. This is one situation in which it wouldn't be possible to present her as an idiot.
