Well done to all the cast & crew of @itvcorrie #CorrieLive

Was hoping someone was going to ask how I was...

HAHAHA. Adam Woodyatt seems like a genuinely great guy in real life. Good sense of humour on Twitter and has a very supportive attitude to the other soaps.

Maybe in the kebab shop when the audio went down for a bit in Corrie, the character was going to ask how Adam was. I guess we will never know what he was really going to say at the start of his sentence...

But seriously I'm glad that actors from other soaps are congratulating Corrie as it shows how it's not all rivalry behind the scenes

They should've written "How's Adam?" on the Rovers blackboard .

That's brilliant!

Poor Jo Joyner, she's never going to live that down

The BBC were delighted in the run up to the whole live episode. The publicity it garnered the show

Scott Maslen also won't live down his live episode fluff for the EE 25th anniversary! Weirdly though people don't seem to care anymore that Peggy called Janine 'Janice' but Scott on the other hand...

I was hoping that Ken would be on the phone to his grandson and Tracey or Robert would come down the stairs when he gets off and go "How's Adam?"

The weird thing is, Scott's fluff was pretty realistic because he'd just heard his nephew had become a prime suspect in Archie's murder case. It made the scene seem more lifelike. Jake Wood pushing his fingers down his throat to make sick noises was worse than that!

I remember that Samantha Womack (Ronnie) forgot to pay for something from the Minute Mart in the 2010 live episode.

Adam seems like a sweetie. He seems well regarded by the other actors on set too which is a good thing.

Haha I totally agree! At the time I thought Jack (the character not actor) was just panicking in the Bradley situation so lost his words. It seems as though this forum won't let Scott (and possibly Jo Joyner now) live down his mistake even though Ronnie, Max and Peggy all made a mistake in that episode too

What I found really funny was the situation here and Twitter when Max said his line at the end of the first episode live and everyone was like did he say it right or wrong..

Adam has always seemed like a really nice, decent, intelligent, level headed and witty guy.

That would have been wonderful.

Why weren't you there at the scripting conference?

It would have been fun if they had had Adam Woodyatt in the live Coronation Street episode as an extra in the background. No lines, no character identification, no specific reason, but just for the fun of it.
